Ease of shopping OK. However product received was very disappointing and inadequate as a good pad for ball of the foot. I would like to return.

No returns!? lame . Near impossible to simply find replacement for exact product I bought from you before. Online shopping for a anything requiring fit should include returns.

As listed on Clearance product pages, Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. Haven’t had a chance to fully feel the results of my new insoles. They seem to help my problems. One thing I would like to say, never ship anything usps. I cannot begin to tell you the problems I’ve had with them!!!

Both my husband and I have been wearing insoles from t The Insole Store for more than 15 years. We both had had plantar fasciitis twice before. Once we started wearing their Powerstep insoles we have both Never had sore arches/feet again. The online The Insole Store has always had the items we wanted, at a great price and delivered fast. This is at the request of the customer." I've been a customer of your company for more than 5 years. At that time I have always bought the Sole shoe insert. This time I couldn't find it. So I tried a different brand. NOT for me. Therefore I need to return them to you all. Please send information on how to do this. Thank you.
