“Good communication, shipping as promised. Poor product inf: The product was represented as Left and Right but was not marked to indicate which was which. The product had no instructions for applying. The product seems OK I hope it stays on.”

The product picture of the OC9 High Profile Metatarsal Pads - Blue shows the left and right insert, respectively, and we also have a detailed blog on our website regarding the correct placement of a metatarsal pad linked here: https://theinsolestore.com/blogs/articles/1-mistake-with-metatarsal-pad-placement?_pos=3&_sid=d2654d728&_ss=r The inserts comes with a self-adhesive backing so they should stay in place, but you can also use double sided tape if you require extra hold for the inserts. “Product came in good time and seamed to be good but it does not do what it was said to do. I have terrible nerophy in my feet and thought these would be much more cushioned than they were. I will never buy any other product from you.”
