“These heel inserts are exactly what I needed to level out the arch in a pair of shoes that were too high for my foot. The insert was very well made of leather. I will definitely order from this company again. I received them earlier than expected also. Very pleased.”

“I think her name was Alexandria. She was very sweet, polite and attentive. She promptly got back to me over the course of a few days because I kept missing her call. For every message I left she called me back to let me know that she was concerned about me getting what I needed and even presented a number of different ways I could go about placing an order with the company. Like I said super courteous and genuinely concerned. There was a time difference issue because of where I live. I finally called her at the right time she picked up immediately and I was able to place my order. I love people like this. They just don't make them like that anymore. True beautiful kindness. Customer support excellence. It doesn't get any better than that. Tens across the board. Thank you Alex.”

“My advice is to consult the Insole Store's Help Team for recommendations about best insoles to consider for your particular constellation of foot needs. Their advice has helped me since 2020. So I rate the insole Store highly for wide selection, excellent advice and service plus a most helpful return policy. The Soul Insole Heel Wedge is an additional tool they offer persons with superpronation problems, which I learned about from the Help Team.”

“The insole is good, but doesn’t have the support that I need. I wore NB409 insoles for years, but they are no longer made. These need the bigger padded hump and a little hugher arch to work good for me. I wish you had something like that.”

Our International Shipping usually takes 10-14 days for delivery, so your order was actually delivered before the expected delivery time frame. We are sorry to hear that your Pedag Holiday Orthotic Arch Support Insoles do not have enough arch support for your needs. We are happy to accept them back for return or exchange of another product as they are covered under our Wear Test Guarantee for 30 days.
