“The order I received was incorrect. The item was both the wrong size and color. Customer service handled it very professionally explaining that the UPC was incorrect. She expedited and shipped the correct item and sent an email label for return. Kudos to customer service!”

“Great products for specific foot conditions. I've been buying my insoles from them for 4 years. They carry comparable products that I was buying at a local foot/shoe specialty store for half the price!”

“I'm 72 and have used so-called prescription personalized orthotics for decades to compensate for over pronation which hampers my gait and sometimes my balance. Without a doubt, the InSole Store orthotics are far easier, far better and far cheaper. No need for an appointment that takes months. No need for that plaster form, no need for a medical provider. Now that I've grown accustomed to my first online order I'm going to order 4 more pairs so I don't have to keep switching among shoes. These are the best I've ever had, and yes including better than Dr. Scholl's.8”
