“These insoles are really great, they are soft, but give good support. I like that they are easy to move from one pair of shoes to another. Give them a chance and I think you will enjoy wearing them.”

“Love my insoles. Also ordered2 pair and one accidentally ordered 1 pair in the wrong size and customer service has made it so easy, sending me a return and now they are on their way to get exchanged for the correct size. Thank you”

“Product is great and fits my shoes correctly but it took nearly 3 weeks to receive the items and when I did finally get them, it looked as if the entire package was run over by a truck…”

“The website and ordering the product was fine. The shipping was way too long. Two weeks to receive my order. . I would consider buying from a different vender next time. I understand that the Insole store does not directly control the shipping time but FedEX ground is very sloooowww. USPS would be a better option.”
