“These slippers are so comfortable! This is my first pair of arch support shoes. I never thought I needed shoes to support until my doctor recommend this specific Power Step brand and what a difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I ordered my usual size in shoes, however, the shoes were too big. I requested an exchange for the next size down. The exchange took longer than I would have liked because the store waited to receive the return before they would mail out the correct size shoes.”

Should you wish to receive your exchange item sooner for future returns, you can always purchase the item you would like to exchange for and send your original order back in for a full refund. “Got a fast response when I contacted the service to return the parts I wrongly ordered. Return procedure was explained and the return was executed promptly. The suggested replacement part doesn’t work as I had hoped. I have a broken bone in my foot with swelling on top of the foot, which makes getting into shoes difficult as it is. The stiff insole makes it impossible. I use it at night to protect the foot.”
