“Excellent products but the boxes containing orthodics were battered. Still, products were fine.”

“I made the purchase for my husband and so far he has only used the Birkenstock insert and it’s taking a little time for him to get use to them. No real complaints. The delivery was very prompt and accurate.”

Thank you for your feedback, Joyce. Orthotic arch supports typically require a small break-in period before you wear them all the time. If your husband has never worn orthotic arch supports before, we recommend only wearing them for 1 to 2 hours a day for the first week, then 3-4 hours a day for the next week. It is natural for orthotic arch supports to be uncomfortable at first, but breaking in the insoles over time will help minimize discomfort. After several weeks, if the arch supports are still causing discomfort, he may want to consider trying a different insole. “I purchased an insole that was the same size as my birkenstock shoe and it did not fit. I had to cut it to make it fit. Not good!”

“You guys are my family. To be honest with you I would like my insoles to be thick and soft but thank you for be my insoles. But if you ever get insoles thick and soft rubber let me know. I’m ready to buy right now.”

“I had a comfortable purchasing experience. My insole arrived quickly, and after trying it out for a few weeks, I concluded that I had high arches and needed more support for my plantar fasciitis. I then exchanged my insoles for ones with high arches. The instructions were easy, and I loved the free exchange policy. My high-arch insoles came in a reasonable amount of time, and now I can take short walks around my neighborhood without searing pain the next day. I highly recommend Spenco Total Max Insoles for those with plantar fasciitis and high arches. I use them in all of my sneakers now. And thank you to TheInsoleStore for your excellent service! I will definitely be recommending them to my boyfriend for his foot problems.”

“My podiatrist recommended the Insole Store as a place to get a carbon fiber insole to help with some arthritis in my foot. The first insole was a little short so after speaking with a store representative I returned the insole. They were so helpful and clear as to the process and even sent me a return postage paid address label. Right away the replacement insole came that was the next size larger. It works fine. The whole experience was very professional. I was impressed with how kind, caring, and helpful the Insole representative was.”

“What a difference! I love to wear my heels but after a short time on my feet, I'm usually sorry I'm wearing them. These insoles make such a difference, I don't feel any discomfort. I would recommend these to anyone!”
