“This is an excellent company. The products are high quality, the shipping is prompt and the service is excellent. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size on one order and they corrected it for me easily. I highly recommend The Insole store!”

“I love these insoles, but the insolestore customer service is lacking. I tried emailing and calling that I got the wrong size insole. I finally gave up and returned it. I just never heard anything back, not even a replacement.”

“I bought these once from Walmart and loved them, but they didn't have them anymore, I'm just now finding them again. Both I and hubby got the thin ones to give these a try and love them. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I really want the thicker onces, just wish they didn't cost so much more.”

“The folks in customer service are working hard to make sure you’re happy with your purchase!! I had an issue and needed to return my initial order for another size. No problem! They were very nice and turned around the replacement order in double time!! Highly recommend!!”

“Like the shoes. Unfortunately, they are too big, too long and too wide. Should have gotten a smaller size. The sole is soft and easy on the joints. Overall, I like the style.”
