“I ordered according to the directions, half size go up. Well, turns out that was Hugh. I was able to return for the next size down which was still too large. I was able to exchange for the next smaller size all without any hassle at all! Thanks! You are the best!”

“I wish your store carried the thinner inserts rather than just the big ones. I have a coupe, of the thinner black ones with the reinforced heal and they are great.”
