Orthotic arch supports typically require a small break-in period before you wear them all the time. If you have never worn an orthotic arch support before, we recommend only wearing your orthotic arch supports for 1 to 2 hours a day for the first week, then 3-4 hours a day for the next week. It is natural for orthotic arch supports to be uncomfortable at first, but breaking in the insoles over time will help minimize discomfort. After several weeks, if the arch supports are still causing discomfort, we may want to consider trying a different insole. Your Spenco insoles are covered under our Wear Test Guarantee for 30 days, so they are eligible for return or exchange within that time frame should they not work out for you. “Ordered the wrong size insoles for my child when I thought I knew which one to get. When they were way too small, I received personalized and quick assistance in getting the right size and model based on what the podiatrist had recommended last size down. This was less expensive and a very easy process of exchanging very quickly, and the quality of the service was great, and insoles is also good. Thank you for assisting me. Nice company to patronize!”

“I prefer to get my insoles directly sent to my home and I needed to talk to a representative to make sure I was purchasing the same insoles or what was comprable to what I purchased from my pediatrist. “I recently purchased a pair of FORM Narrow Maximum Support Insoles. The fit was incredible and I loved that they were made for narrow feet like mine. Unfortunately, the boots I planned to use them in were just a little too snug. The insoles are very sturdy, almost rigid, so there wasn't going to be any "wiggle" room. I had no problem exchanging them for a pair of leather Pedag Viva Orthotic Arch Support Insoles. I'm a HUGE fan of The Insole Store. the exchange was smooth and fast”
