“I was pretty disappointed in these insoles, but it may be due to having neuropathy very badly on both feet. I expected more cushioning and these just seemed to disappear and flatten out.”

“I couldn't find insoles with a rating of ESD. Only men's came up. Had to send an email to have someone tell me what you had.”

“The folks at TheInsoleStore directed me to the insoles my doctor recommended and generously helped me return the one that didn’t work for me. People were kind. Delivery was speedy. Great combination in a company who understands the myriad feet issues! Thank you!”

“The insoles were not what I expected. I did not trim them but did not like the trim to fit directions. I do not like the prompts in terms of grammar and spelling on this review form. I was especially unhappy at the percentage of cost I ended up paying in postage to return them to you. I am sure there must have been some mention on your website that the customer was on the hook for postage if the product was unsatisfactory or did not meet my needs, but you are an outlier in terms of this policy. I would never order anything from you again given this policy. There are other vendors where this would not be an issue.”

“there were days I could not walk because my feet hurt so much. After putting the Theinsoles in my shoes, I now have almost no pain at all. I ordered two other pair for different shoes.”
