Thank you for your feedback, Pinachas. We see that you placed your order on Saturday, April 25th and it was shipped out first thing Monday, April 25th. We show that the package arrived in Israel on the 28th and finally cleared customs on May 4th. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long both the delivery carriers and customs take. We try to let any international customers know that they should expect up to 30 days for delivery times. “The footies are great and so comforting. However, my shoutout is for their Customer Service. It is the very, very best I have ever dealt. I ordered 3 pairs for a gift, placed my order and about an hour later decided I needed a different size. I sent an email, got an immedient response. The order was changed and footies were delivered to the recipient 3 days later. Fantastic Customer Care for an excellent product.”

“I couldn't be happier with my first experience with The Insole Store! I got on the website Sunday night to order flip flops. I was surprised to find them 10% off with free shipping! By Wednesday they were on my porch. I'll be back. Thank you”

“These sandals are perfect the size 8 is a little short since I usually take an 8 1/2 but thought a women's 9 would be too sloppy. Anyway, I love the arch support and the overall feel of the sandal. Will consider getting for Christmas a couple for my daughter and granddaughter. :) Thank you not sure where I saw your ad but glad I did. Gwen”
