“Your 1st shipment was quick. After testing one pair recommended by my knee Dr., I'm confident the insole works. Now it's worth having a few pairs so I don't have to take a pair in & out every day. So I ordered 2 more pairs today. 2 modest frustrations with 2nd order: 1. A picture is worth 1000 words: To the newcomer, this insole was hard to find initially from the list of 5-10 different types of insoles; it took extra time to find. 2. I'm not sure why I was unable to use discounts twice in response to 2 different emails touting them. But I'm happy with the product & pleasantly surprised how quickly the orders were processed: I expect to receive pairs 2 & 3 tomorrow or Fri- Quick!”

“It is easy to find the condition and products to help ease the foot condition. Ordering is easy. Delivery os timely. I like it that the website is organized in such a way as to easily research foot conditions and means of treatment. No need to scroll along various websites.”

“I received a request to give a review regarding a purchase from the InSole Store. Unfortunately at this point, I have not received the item. So it is very premature to discuss anything except to comment that their emails arrive before their product. Not good.”

“Love the dimensions provided in the description, and the fact that most if not all insole products show photo of both top and bottom of product. These specs are important to me because I am nearly always putting an insole on top of the original mfr’s insole, to augment and pad the slight arch support the shoes come with.”
