Your initial inquiry stated that your Sof Sole 3/4-Length Gel Arch W/ Memory Foam Insoles were not working for your needs, and you would like to try the Pedag Perfect Leather Heel Cushion. We did offer to assist you with setting up an exchange, but you declined and stated that you did not want to go through the return/exchange process. As we stated in our response back to you, we are unfortunately unable to provide our customers with free products at this time. We sincerely apologize for that! We are unable to simply send an item to you without you paying for that item.
