“I could not find these insoles by just googling womens insoles. I had to remember the name of the insoles ( Spenco) and search for that name in order to find what I was wanting. Also the thicker ones are just too expensive.”

We offer a wide variety of insoles and most of them offer unisex sizing, so we could see how simply googling "women's insoles" would not yield the results you were looking for. We are always happy to look up your order history for you if you need assistance remembering what you ordered from us in the past. In regards to our pricing, we do get our pricing directly from the manufacturer, and we do have a set price we are unable to retail the insoles below. We are usually running a sale or promotion on our website that you can be notified of by signing up for our marketing emails, but if we are not running a sale you can always reach out to us and ask if we have an active coupon code we can share with you to help with the price a bit. “Shoes came with laces too short to tie (Had knots at ends impossible for me to untie and arch support way too high. I'm keeping the shoes but not happy with the experience.”

Thank you for your feedback, George! The Chaco Chillos Sneakers for Men are designed with stretch laces rather than regular laces. They are not meant to be untied. The shoes can be worn as either a slip on sneaker or a slide, but they are not intended to be adjusted any tighter. We apologize for any confusion caused on our end!
