“Hello, Sorry to say I’m quite disappointed. The plastic bag arrived and was improperly sealed. My 2 sets of Pedag insoles, viva mini iwere beige rather than black. The interior of the bag was soaking wet, the receipt, the boxes and the insoles were totally wet. The insoles, I think are ruined because they look like they might separate. I am a repeat customer. I love the product and am very disappointed. Hopefully I can send me 2 pairs of black insoles size 38 viva mini.”

“I needed new insoles for my golf shoes and was unable to find any from the original company. After reviewing several insole companies online I selected yours. Being unsure of the form and fit of your product, I was fully expecting to return them.... Online purchasing and all. However, I was very pleased with the insoles....a perfect fit and comfortable.
