“I love the product, however living in Ireland (EU) I now have to pay vat and admin charges, which now makes ordering from the US prohibited, maybe you could suggest a way around this”

“I can not say enough good things about my Thinsoles. I believe I have purchased and tried every make and model on the market (I have a drawer full to show for it) The Theinsole work very well. I can walk all day with no pain, I love them!”

“The insole I received is about the quality that I would get with the Dr Scholl's Off the Shelf at my local store. It does a job but it's not impressive. The next time I get an insole I will just go back to the New Balance store and get the quality I wanted.”

“The gentleman that took my call and order was very helpful. Unfortunately the insoles I purchased are too small. It would to return the two pair I bought and purchase one pair sized 13.”

“I bought a great pair of Indigo Cobian flip flops. The black pair had to be returned (too tight on top)and I was deducted 3.50 or so for a restocking fee. Although I like Cobian flip flops, I don't think I would order from TheInsoleStore again.”

“In trying to find the right insole for supination, TheInsoleStore delivered customer service every business should. Two insoles I tried did not work--the return/exchange process was issue free. The third insole seems to finally succeed in providing the relief I need. Customer service associate Alexis Johnson was a great resource in both suggesting a number of insoles and assisting in explaining the return process. The entire transaction was great.”

“The insole did not seem to work for me. My big toe is lacking adequate cartilage but my other toes are fine. The metal insole was not allowing my toes to bend naturally when I go for walks.”
