“so far so good- comfy, squishy soled sandals for around. inside the house. haven’t fallen out of them yet. up & down the stairs w/o problems.”

“Easily found the product I wanted. I screwed up and ordered the wrong size. Canceled first order-no problem. Reordered the correct size. Received emails confirming order, cancellation, new order and then shipping details. Great site that's easy to use. I've been a customer over 10 years with never a problem. “Your customer service representative is EXCELLENT. I called to change my order and service and knowledge was the very best. Fast and efficient. Your products are also the best. Unfortunately, you were out of stock on my 14 wide insoles. but, expected restock in 1 week. so I will reorder then. Happy long time customer, Dave. 5 STARS”

“They were out of the size I needed, but got the order ready so when the insoles came in, they emailed me the invoice so I could pay for them and get them shipped. It was a very easy process and the online help person and employee I emailed were both extremely helpful and responsive! I will absolutely be buying here again!”
