“I am being asked to write a review and my shoes arent here yet. I ordered the same type of shoe on the same day (different color) and they arrived 2 days ago. So if all I have to compare is that they arent here yet, it isn't going so good so far!”

Sometimes the postal carrier may mark a shipment prematurely if they do not have time to deliver that day and unfortunately, we do not have control over how USPS handles shipments after they have left our warehouse. “A week and the product still not here. Why oh why do businesses use the ineptitude of the useless USPS. In future any business that ships via the USPS will not get my business.”

“3 problems: 1) make sure you get the right size for your shoe. 2) difficult to keep the short one in place, it keeps sliding sideways. 3) these will not fix your foot problem in one day”

Thank you for your feedback, Ronald. The Pedag Correct Plus Insoles are a 3/4-length insole so these do not fit the entire length of your shoe. With the Pedag Correct Heel Cushions, if you are having problems keeping them in place you can either try moving them underneath your existing insole or shoe liner or to use a product like Shoe Goo to help adhere them in place.
