“I would like to know why you would send me a size 3 when I ordered a size 11 then I was told you were out of size 11 mens and then said I would have to pay a restocking fee I sent the 3's back and I better get repaid on my credit card and it took for ever to get get my return label sent to me”

“The terrycloth insoles I ordered are wonderful! I order several pairs at the beginning of summer every year - however, this year I was very disappointed that I could only get one pair in my size 8. I know that's a very popular size, but one pair is not going to get me through the summer. I will have to look elsewhere to get more. Very disappointing.”
