“Had been using the 3030 with good support. Only problem was the top liner peeled away very quickly. Decided to try 2 different model SPENCOS but am disappointed with both. Not much support. Today's imported shoes, designed to wear out quickly w/out repair also come with a useless inSole. A strong replacement to provide full support is more important than ever. Otherwise, an Orthotic is frequently needed😰. I just wasted about $75 on those 2 pair.”

“I appreciate the wide range of insoles offered at TheInsoleStore.com and how easy it was to find the right option for me. I wasn't quite sure what would be the best solution when I first found the site. Their process of narrowing down options based on my specific issues and the detailed descriptions of products made it easy, and much less overwhelming, to find exactly what I needed. I was also much less reluctant to buy over the internet with their guaranteed exchange option if the insole wasn't the right fit, even after wearing. They were quick to process and ship my order; I was walking in comfort within a couple of days.”

“I placed my order thinking delivery would be in 5-7 days. I received a call from Alexis a couple of days later and was informed that my size was back ordered. I was given the choice to cancel my order and receive a refund, or to just wait. I really wasn’t in a hurry so I decided to wait. I received an email a couple of days after that saying that my order had shipped and I received it the next day. It came even faster than I expected. Excellent Customer Service!”
