“I love your store and service. Your website is very easy to use and your delivery is extremely fast. The only thing I wish is that you had a larger variety of full length rigid insoles in my size.”

“Customer service is beyond amazing! Thanks for all your help. I ordered a wide instead of regular width insole. I let them know right away, my options were explained to me. It went out the same day i tried it didnt like it, I emailed back, I returned it, I got a store credit and an email when what i wanted was available. I already have what I need. Happy Customer!”

“These insoles fit my Merrell’s perfectly even though I’ve a size 7 1/2 shoe and put an 8 insole in them. Made my shoes feel like new. It does take a few days to break them in but it is worth it to have “like” new shoes again! Thanks!”

“Not knowing the exact shoe insert I required, I entered into an online chat with one of your employees and she directed me to exactly what I needed. The product arrived in a couple of days and has already helped the tendinitis that was forming on the medial side of my right ankle because my feet are pronated. Consider me a very satisfied customer!”
