“My only complaint is that the box arrived pretty smooshed, and the insoles I received look as if they may have been previously worn for a brief period. That is what I mean by "damaged" below.”

“Pretty Easy - total relief of many months of sharp pain in legs and buttocks and no more issues with that tired feeling in my feet. Proof is easy- today I ordered the same for my wife with same ageing issues. but now after of trying to get back to do that new order, I can't get back into the site so there must be a failure in their”

“I paid 10.99 for 2-3 day shipping and it says that it is in North Carolina and isn’t even in transit yet Update- sent them an email with receipts asking for a refund and got very fast response and refund for shipping cost.”

“The product was shipped earlier than expected which was great. My husband needed some nice leather inserts for his Cole Haan shoes. The quality is not good, and they’re not even leather. Very very thin. I would not purchase from here again.”

Our German-made, Pedag Leather Insoles are made of a vegetable tanned cowhide leather. Those insoles are covered under our Wear Test Guarantee for 30 days, so we are happy to accept them back for return or exchange if they simply will not work out for your needs. We also offer other leather insoles that are thicker than the Pedag insoles you currently have should you require an insole with more cushioning.
