Your web site is difficult to navigate at times! Trying to add an award to your order is even more difficult.

Once you are logged in to your customer account, if you click the round blue star button on the bottom left of your screen, you can view your current amount of Steps, Earn Points, or browse your Rewards. To redeem your rewards, select the available promotion you would like to use, this will give you a one time use coupon code that you can either copy or apply to cart during checkout. Please be mindful that all Steps expire 6 months after being issued. My experience with The Insole Store was amazing. The order was sent out in a timely manner and I have never had a problem. This store is a must for anyone who needs insoles, etc.

I just so much appreciate Insole Store... It is the one place I can continue to purchase the insole that works best, for my feet. Online store is always super simple. For some reason, I am unable to log in to my account, but that may be the browser.

It would be great if you could set up an in stock notification as the insole I wanted to buy the most was out of stock

This was the best experience I’ve ever had shopping on-line. The item I was looking for was out of stock, so I requested notification when it would be available. A week later I received notification that it was in stock and I even received a discount code. I immediately placed an order and a couple hours later I received a notice that it was shipped along with a tracing code. I received the items three days later. I highly recommended this merchant!!!

Problem with delivery - product got all the way to Springfield, MA then shipped back to North Carolina which delayed delivery
