You should make it clear that you do not have a return policy but an exchange policy. You may return items but not without a handling charge and the individual paying shipping if he wants a refund. You may exchange for another item but the other item I wanted you did not carry. Superfeet trailblazer insoles were not listed on your website

We try to be very transparent as to what our customers should expect when making a return with us. As stated in our Returns and Exchanges Policy, we offer three return options: a return for a refund back to your original payment method, a return for a store credit, and a return for an exchange order. Returns for store credit and exchange orders are provided with a free return shipping label and do not incur our 3% processing charge. Returns for a refund back to your original payment method are not provided with a free return shipping label and will incur our 3% processing fee. All of this information, as well as our entire return policy, can be found in our Returns and Exchanges policy, linked here: https://theinsolestore.com/pages/returns-exchanges Unfortunately, we do not carry the Superfeet Trailblazer Insoles, but we are happy to assist with a personalized product recommendation for an insole we do carry if you would like. Some difficulty ordering off website......so, made a phone call to get help and check on order. I received NO email confirmation even though it stated I would. To this day, still no confirmation. It was difficult to get someone on the phone even during the time they were to be open...many times it stated they were closed when they should have been open even though I was clearly aware of the time zones. Left message for a call back...nothing so I called. When I finally reached the gal on the phone, she was rude and abrupt and hung up on me.

I didn't realize that I couldn't return sale Items. The item I bought for my husband was too rigid, too small and not comfortable. Very disappointed. Very pleased with my dealings with TheInsoleStore. They solved my problem very amicably. Thank you!

Our insoles are intended to last anywhere from 6-9 months depending on wear, or 3-6 months for those frequently using their insoles. Upgrading to a semi-rigid or rigid arch support may help your insoles to last longer as a firmer arch support will hold up longer than a cushioned arch support. I not exchange my returns UNTIL they receive my returns, it slows down the whole return process. I STILL duthey did not arrive intime for my appointment. TheInsoleStore verified that my returned insoles were routed to their office, but they did not have them physically in hand so were unwilling to ship out the 3030's until they had the 3020's physically in their store. What an inconvenence. Now, I make another appointment with my podiatrist so he can view the 3020s in his office after they arrive at my house.

Thank you for your feedback, Karen! We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the turn around time it took for your exchange order to ship out. Per our Return Policy, linked here: https://theinsolestore.com/pages/returns-exchanges, we do ask our customers to please allow 7-10 days for us to receive and process your return after it’s been mailed. We show that your return was mailed back to us on 3/20, and your exchange order was shipped out on 3/29 so your exchange order was processed within the expected time frame. We do apologize that your exchange order was not received in time for your doctor's appointment. Our Warehouse Team must first receive and inspect the return merchandise before processing the exchange order. Should you ever need your exchange order more quickly than the traditional exchange process offers, we advise our customers to place their own exchange order. You would then receive a full refund once your original order is received and processed back to our warehouse. If we can assist with anything else, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team at Help@theinsolestore.com as we are more than happy to help. We hope the 3020's work out well for you, and we appreciate your business!
