“Not much to choose from. I ordered the metatarsal pads. They're very hard. Store does not offer refunds and there's nothing I want from store credit. So I wanted money. Furthermore in the review they ask you to do you cannot mark unlikely. It attacks unlikely through likely.”

We do offer the option to receive a refund back to your original payment method through our Returns Portal. Refunds back to your original payment method do incur our 3% processing fee, and you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping. “I have been trying to find the right insoles and I can’t say enough about The Insole Store. There customer service is exemplary. It is difficult, now with online shopping to find a company where you actually get to talk to a person who will help, but The Insole Store’s representatives have been so helpful and knowledgeable about their products, that I will definitely keep giving them my business. Their policy of letting you try insoles for weeks and exchange them if they aren’t working out, is a big reason to stay with them. Five stars!!”
