“Customer service was excellent. Email inquiries about product recommendations was fast and representative was knowledgeable. Shipping notices and updates. Shipping was fast. Downhill from there. My insoles were obviously from a return. The crushed plastic packaging was my first clue, but I didn’t jump the gun realizing that it could have easily happened just from shipping in an unprotected plastic mailer. Closer examination revealed marring on the heels and slight fraying around the front and sides of the top layer. The insoles were in very good condition, although, not new. If given the choice of previously sampled insoles, I may have chosen them at a substantial enough discount …. sampled, sold as new at full price …. not a happy camper. Update .... immediately contacted by the company, for a no bs replacement or refund accompanied with sincere apology. My apologies are due, in that, being an old, old, guy, I was unaware that this was a public review. I thought that I was giving feedback to the company. As a business owner, I believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to make things right. This is obviously a company that doesn't jerk you around. I won't hesitate to continue to do business with them again.”

Each manufacturer has a set price that we are unable to retail their products under, but rest assured we are offering our products at the lowest price available to our customers. We do show that you are set up for our marketing emails, so you will be alerted each time we are running a sale or promotion which should help with the pricing as well.
