Received my item quickly and used them as soon as I got them. The best insoles that I have used compared to all the other brands that I had to throw away because they hurt my feet so much.

The attention I received from Alexis and Cheryl was astounding. These ladies know their stuff! I order a New Balance insert. I order the same size I was fitted for at the New Balance store. It was to big. I'm not sure why it was to big.

The New Balance Sport Active Cushion Insoles are trim-to-fit, so if they are not fitting length wise, we recommend trimming them down from the toes to fit into your shoes. The Insole Store is one of the few that I have seen list the thickness of each insole. Very helpful when trying to make a decision on what to get. Ordering was straight forward. I sent my order to a hotel and missed the delivery date. Refunds… resend… and shipping to new address a few days later. Top notch stuff right there. I will shop The Insole Store again.

I was promised the heel lifts in 2-3 days from the date of purchase which was Saturday April 15 & paid $10 extra to expedite shipment & the package still has not arrived!

As stated in our Shipping Policy, "Orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be assigned a tracking number and shipped by the end of the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on a weekend, or during a holiday will be shipped the following business day." Your order shipped out first thing Monday, 4/17 and last scanned as "Your item is being held at the FLINT, MI 48532 post office at 10:31 am on April 20, 2023. This is at the request of the customer."
