“The order I placed was fulfilled and shipped very quickly. I had a question about a discount coupon and the customer service rep who contacted me was very quick to do so, was extremely helpful in resolving my question and helping me get the discount for the order I had already placed! I do however have one suggestion. The Spenco RX Ball of Foot Cushions insoles that I order and received had no instructions or suggestions on how to use or insert them into my shoes. So I've had to try several different areas of my shoes to get the desired comfort. Since I've never worn insoles/cushions before, this would have been extremely helpful!”
