Thank you for your feedback, William! Yes, the OC9 Morton's Toe Carbon Fiber Contoured Insole is meant to stabilize the front of the foot, so it does not need to reach the back of your shoe. The Short size for that insole measures at 7.5 inches heel to toe, while the Long size measures 10 inches heel to toe. “The insoles themselves were fine. But please consider not drenching them in Febreeze, or whatever that scent is. I can't tell you how hard it was to get rid of it, and it's a real trigger for people with asthma and chemical sensitivities.”

Orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be assigned a tracking number and shipped by the end of the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on a weekend, or during a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Our warehouse was closed on Monday, October 10th for the Federal Holiday, so your order shipped out first thing on Tuesday, October 11th. Your order was delivered on Thursday, October 13th, so it arrived to you within two days. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience on our end! We appreciate your business.

“I originally got these from the doctor for my son and paid over $70 for them-yikes! So finding this site was so exciting! I unfortunately ordered them in the same size my son already had, but customer service was amazing. They sent me a return label so I could mail back the package and exchange for the next size up. Would recommend this site and their products to those looking to not spend a fortune at the foot dr.”

Our Free Shipping method is estimated 5-7 days for delivery, so the package was actually delivered a day sooner than expected. We do offer Expedited Shipping at checkout should you ever need to pay to get your order sooner. We appreciate your business!
