“Well presented items, a good website. One minor thing: Thankfully the box illustration suggests which color is to go up in the shoe. It would be good if the instructions said if the green goes up or down. Or perhaps I did not read carefully. .”

You are correct, the picture on the box serves as the illustration guide for which side is the top of the insoles, and there are no instructions provided in the box. “They were just what I needed - a little arch support in my slippers. The sticky shield on one came off as I unpacked it, but I was able to put it back and keep it in the shoe.”

For extra hold, consider using 2-sided tape or Shoe Goo, an adhesive we carry, to adhere to the underside of your current orthotic or arch support. “I a very high arch, pronation, arthritis in hips & knees. I now have several pair of the Birkenstock birko balance insoles and they've made a huge difference in how my body feels. I was noticing plantar fasciitis flares with my (now 20 year old) hard custom orthotics, and the pain disappeared immediately w/ the Birk insoles. They fit in boots, sneakers, clogs, slippers. I wear a womens 8 & 1/2 shoe, 9 boot & a 37 Birk insole. It takes a day or 2 to get used to them, then they feel so comfortable.”
