“The website could be a little easier to navigate but other than that, your pricing is excellent, delivery was fast, and these insoles are great. I tore my planar and have been recovering slowly and with these insoles in my slippers and jordans I have experienced 75-100% less discomfort per day.”

“Nice quality leather but unbelievably thin and it slides around in your shoe because the bottoms don’t have any grip or adhesive. Didn’t love them. But making em work for the time being”

“I developed gout in my big toe. A foot & ankle surgeon recommended the half steel insole to take pressure off the toe joint. I’ve found this half steel did the job!”

“I am interested in replaced a previous insole purchased from the store that’s low profile and worn. A different stiffer insole was suggested and it was ridged with bump near the front that was uncomfortable. I returned them after a week. My heel is sore like it was during a sever case of plantar fasciitis. Can’t do that again!”

“I fell in love with the Soul Insole Metatarsal Pads the moment I attached them to my shoes and my feet touched them. They eased the discomfort I was having with my metatarsal in both feet. My husband ordered the product immediately after listening to me rave about them and he is also pleased with the product.”

“As always, ordering from Insolve Store is easy. But a big plus is that before ordering you can e-mail service specialists who help you choose the insoles you should consider for your foot issues. And I have found that advice very helpful again this time. Ground shipment from NC to CA was slow this time, about 12 days, but that was my choice.”

“I didn’t have a problem with service, rather the insoles just do not work for me. I’ve worn them three different times and they constantly slip out/off. What can be done? I thought about returning or asking for my money back but I couldn’t find a way to do that. Any help is appreciated!! Kelly”

“I ordered my insoles more than 2 weeks ago and j still haven't received them”

Since it was Memorial Day and the mail carriers were observing a holiday, your order shipped from our warehouse in the United States first thing on Tuesday, June 1st. We do show that your order was marked as delivered on June 15th. Orders being delivered to Canada are currently averaging 2 weeks to be delivered.
