Bouquet looked decent, but was delivered in an adhesive tape can and not a box. It would be nice if there was a professional-looking container for these flowers. No dry ice or anything to keep the flowers cool either. Would only recommend to a friend or colleague if they are desperate.

The services rendered by your customer were prompt, friendly and polite. Being one of your loyal customers, I felt the prices of the flowers arrangement are on the high side. Indeed shocked to learn that Xpress Flower charges for delivery fees for preferred timing. I am also disappointed that my request to waive the $5 delivery was rejected especially I am your local customer.

Hello Amy, Thank you for the kind feedback on our services. Our costs have marked up recently due to the continuous increase in raw materials. Hence, we also have to adjust our prices. We have also added a surcharge for a specific time request as we have to use a 3rd party courier services and the price has gone up as well due to the ongoing fuel price hike. I believe we did grant your request (Deliver before 11am) and did not ask for any extra surcharge. For the $5 request, I also saw from your order details that $5 was waived from the $10 delivery surcharge of your order. Hi Helen, Thank you for the feedback, Venus our CS supervisor tried reaching you yesterday. As for the Eustoma flowers, those are normal and natural for brown color. Great customer service and efficient service! Was disappointed with the quality of the balloons .the actual bouquet looked small and used too many white balloons . I could’ve made that bunch in under $6 :( I thought 50 plus dollars was too much . Hope the flowers are a better investment

Order process was easy and fuss free. After delivery, there was a SMS and an email to say someone has acknowledged. Shortcoming is there is no way I can check if the flower was really delivered as my client had 70+ flowers sent there on that day. It would be a hassle and sounds petty to ask her if she has received it. There is also no way I can answer your questions below on whether who made the delivery and whether the item was damaged. A photo proof would suffice.

Dear Customer Thank you for the feedback. The additional discount given for 2nd item is meant for delivering to the same address. We are able to provide this discount because the courier savings we get is provided to our customers. Delivering to 2 different addresses incurs two separate costs for delivering from our side. Hi, been ordering from u quite a few years for my anniversary. This round I felt Abit disappointing as the roses not as fresh as I expects paddles become slight yellowish.

Each completed order sent to requestor should be the duly signed DO by the recipient but not and I have to ask for it for all the orders reqested by me. Please inform the team to do so as this is required for payment process. Thank you very much.
