I had sent an email to your CS to change the "From" to be spelled out in full. Your CS acknowledged and confirmed via email. However when the flowers were sent, the photo showed that it was not updated. I wrote to your CS again. Though your CS team took the initiative to update the card and wanted to replace it. I find it extremely embarassing. They should have contacted me to check if a replacement is needed before taking such action. There should be better communication between your logistic and customer service team.

The flowers sent are not really fresh as there are yellowish marks found on the flowers.

XpressFlower should email or call the buyer if unable to reach the recipient. The delivery was supposed to be in the morning but just managed to deliver. Fortunately, I email to check on the status when didn't receive the delivered notification. Else, I didn't even know you could not reach the recipient on the phone.

I ordered two arrangements about the same price. One was fine. The other was tiny (17x17cm). Definitely not worth $120 compared to the other larger one for $115

I was very happy to find you after seeing your photo arrangements in the website. It looks special and classy. I love the way your flower dress up. So I decided to order from you. But I was very upset and disappointed that the arrangement turns out otherwise. The flowers are far too little. It seriously damaged the beauty of arrangement and the unworthy to customers. My clients were very disappointed with the arrangement especially to one of the white roses arrangement. Not properly done with a passion. Customer service is good only the flowers are too little I attached the photos for you to judge. Since you bother about feedbacks, I hope that the authority will seriously look into this to improve and rectify the wrong. I hope I can gain back my confidence with Xpress flowers and looking forward to have business with you.

Sunflower was quite small but guess the lovely scent made up for it. Delivery gentleman was pleasant. An earlier time slot would have been great though.

The indicative delivery time is between 1 - 6 pm; I received the item at 5.30 pm. Delivery time could be improved to meet a better service level.

Hi Sam, my recent purchase experience was not a good one. I ordered a new born balloons but 1 of the balloons came deflated. Your staff called and sent a replacement. Recovery is good, however I feel the initial contact with client should be a positive one, instead of using recovery means. I have been with XpressFlowers for a long time and I would you and your team do recognize that. Thank you.
