hi , just gotten an email saying "Attached is a copy of the Delivery Order of the person who received your order." upon opening the attachment, there was no signature or acknowledgement of any sort. please explain. thanks!

Informed us late of items to be replaced and unable to meet delivery time, needed to reschedule. Hope can inform earlier and hv comparable replacement items.

The gifts were lovely but the delivery guy called the recipient beforehand to confirm the address hence ruining the surprise

This time flowers were bad. I think the issue is in packaging - it was packed too tight so flowers arrived already wilted. Usually tulips are alive for 7-10 days. This time we threw them away after 2 days

My order 10421645. The wreath was delivered today,2 Sept 2021. I just found out that the delivery driver pasted the wrong name tag to the wreath ! He finally went back to the funeral wake to exchange the right name tag. This is very embarassing ! and unacceptable!

It was meant to be a surprises gift and I remember I specifically requested to not call the recipient until flowers are already just outside the door to be received. But she was advised 4 hours prior to the delivery time hence she was not as excited already as compared to her not knowing it. But overall , flowers are of great quality. Thanks

i dont get to see any receipient's signature. So is it delivered ? Except i got sms from delivery telling me delivery done.

The bouquet is okay, but the delivery was late. I paid delivery fee for the bouquet to arrive between 9am and 12.59pm, but it arrived few minutes after 1pm.

Hello, Was trying to reach you earlier thru Whatsapp. Thank you for raising your concern. Upon checking we did manage to capture the recipients signature thru our eSign application. We have sent it in your e-mail together with the photo of the item upon delivery at the location. Timing for delivery needs improvement. They will message you 5 minutes before they arrive unlike other flowershops that gives you ample time. You should change your delivery service provider as they are not consistent on their timing. Last time I ordered, they were late. The timing too generic. I was'nt able to surprise my wife again. Thinking a lot if I will go for you guys again.

Hi Almost failed to deliver as requested on the same day from 2-4pm. But eventually it evened out by delivering before 8 pm. So, thankful for that. however, need to work on the timing of delivery. Otherwise good!
