Timing for delivery needs improvement. They will message you 5 minutes before they arrive unlike other flowershops that gives you ample time. You should change your delivery service provider as they are not consistent on their timing. Last time I ordered, they were late. The timing too generic. I was'nt able to surprise my wife again. Thinking a lot if I will go for you guys again.

Hi Almost failed to deliver as requested on the same day from 2-4pm. But eventually it evened out by delivering before 8 pm. So, thankful for that. however, need to work on the timing of delivery. Otherwise good!

Easy to select and place order though would prefer to have new flower options yearly. Had to select same flower as previous years as there wasn't new design to choose from. Recommend to make order using a PC as the mobile payment page is not optimized. Had issues with payment though mobile 2 years in a row. Would have given 5 stars if there were more variety to choose from and a better mobile experience.

The tracking of the timing of delivery was not updated to me by SMS or call proactively. I need to call back and ask for the updating. The extra $ I paid for the services is not justified.

Overall satisfactory were OK, except for delivery which should improve. Received confirmation delivery on the way at 230pm, but flower deliver only around passed 5pm.

I m abit disappointed that I m being charge an $8 delivery surcharge when the price for the flower is already included for delivery. I still tot is it because I indicated 8pm. So I tot ok my fault to indicate time. But your also nvr send on the indicated time. So I feel is not fair that I m being charge the surcharge.

Overall a good experience. Just 1 feedback. As i meant it as a surprise, I indicated in the form for the delivery personal to call before appearing at the door which did not happen. Would have given 4-5 stars otherwise.

My recent order - Winter Romance 9 stalks bouquet - is not quite good. Disappointed due to (1) Blue gem in the flower design was not available, but its the colour recepient likes. (2) The green leaves used have lots of aphids, see photo white spots. (3) The bouquet had many ants when recepient checked in... Giving 3 stars due to my order last year was ok. Only now has issues. Tks.

Order Online- great, smooth Customer Service - good, they called me to inform that my order was being processed Courier Service - bad, ruined the surprise and excitement Flowers itself- ok but not worth the price as it started to dry/not fresh anymore.

The delivery service is fantastic! It was suppose to be delivered to my friend’s office however the delivery person make a call prior to deliver and my friend happen to be WFH therefore they make the delivery to her home instead. Thanks! The comment that my friend have is the flower seem not fresh. It all looks like the flowers have been set 2 or 3 days ago. The flowers look a bit withered.

The delivery item is different from what was shown on your website. There were too many pale green flowers as compared to pink.. Since this is for the birthday of a lady who is in her 80s, she didn't quite like the pale colors. Service is good though.

The format seems misleading where the recipient or sender is not specified. Perhaps including a To: and From: can be much better. Thank you

Ordered 2 days in advance and paid extra for morning delivery, when I asked if can deliver before noon time because we had lunch appointment, the answer showed 0% of willingness to try and the flower was delivered within the time window but passed lunchtime (I don't live far from Paya Lebar), the product was ok but service didn't really live up to your name Xpress, the point is you may not be able to accommodate my needs but showing zero willingness to try really can lose customers heart.
