The service and delivery were very good. I was informed in time of the delivery etc. I was however disappointed with the bunch of flowers. It didn't look as lovely and full as the bunch pictured on your web site. Luckily my friends were happy with the intention of the thought. Thank you.

Ordered a wreath but it came looking different.. Only had 1 type of white flowers when the online pic showed a few other types of purple flowers too. Disappointing, but after feedback their cs team followed up promptly with a replacement wreath, but since cortege left, they offered a partial refund.

At Tampines Mall outlet, 3 staff were serving 1 customer. I stood at the social distance line marker at the entrance for about 10 minutes while 1 staff was wrapping flowers for customer, 1 was waiting for payment and 1 was doing something at the computer. Once the customer before me left, the staff wrapping the flowers attended to me and found out what I required must be done online and politely passed me over to the staff on computer who seemed to have some difficulty entering my details in the order website. I was disappointed to find I cannot specify delivery times but have to choose between 1pm-5.59pm or after 6pm blocks, as I will have to find ways to keep the recipient at the delivery venue for 5 hours. The delivery itself was good as they kept me updated via phone calls and emails.

As for delivery timing, sorry we are not able to offer a precise time slot for the afternoon 1pm to 5:59pm free delivery. However, we are working towards a service in the future that we will enable us to provide a specific timed delivery service when enhanced our delivery capabilities. It was very tough to do the ordering. I spoke to the intern who mentioned that she has to speak to the senior colleague who only come in at 3pm. As the Tampines store is next to NTUC and I would prefer to have the fruits purchased and packed. I went to the store as I was living nearby and the intern cannot decide. Having to talk to snr colleague, who couldn't make the decision. What a hassle when I asked to speak to her named Lulu. In fact my impression of the store is - one must adaptable and flexible and to have the business with cash flow is more impt, however I observed from Lulu is - not having the business is OK. In the end she approves the intern to take up the order but the charge is exorbitant for wrapping up service. I actually was not happy over it; but have to order for the floral fruit basket to be delivered for Get Well colleague. It's just incredible that during this pandemic crisis, business is bad, you guys are making purchase so difficult and raise the price like what you called "broad daylight" savings. I could have gone to NoelGifts, my usual supplier for office orders.

Ordered flowers for delivery for a wake. Great customer service and timely MSM to keep track of delivery. Delivery was made within the time specified. The issue I had was with the flowers, they were not all fresh. Many had spots and folds in the petals. That was disappointing.

The flowers is semi withered. Look yellowish more then Pink. My contact number was not supposed to be in the Delivery Order. Thus the surprised was not a surprised anymore :(

So far any problem can solve fast in live message but the deliver actually time I select is in between 1pm to 5.59pm I aspect be delivery earlier in the afternoon but the item reach almost near to 5.35 pm whr by I already reach to shop at 5pm the item haven’t...

Upon checking your order, I am glad to share some information - 2:10pm - we called your recipient as per instruction to confirm if he is available to receive the item but we could not get through. 2:19pm - The recipient called back and told us that he can receive the item near 6pm. 5:52pm - We successfully delivery the item : ) I hope this gives a clearer picture of the correspondence we had with your recipient as part of our delivery assurance. Hi I would like to check , if free delivery it’s from 1-6pm I choose the time to 5-7pm and I’m charged $10 for the timing ? And I requested for 16 flowers and there were 17 instead . Please kindly check on ur side . Thanks

Thanks for delivering the flower. However, I actually request the flower to be delivered before 12 noon and paid delivery charge for it but the flowers was only delivered after noon. Please kindly review the delivery schedule, if can't deliver before noon, then it shouldn't be charged

They could arrange a one hour time range rather than 4hr time range.

Hi Badru Thank you for your feedback. We do intend to launch a specific/shorter time range delivery services for our customer who wants a delivery to be made at a certain time. But right now the logistics cost involved is not economical, as such our customers may have to pay a much higher price for such services. Flowers for my wedding anniversary were great 👍 but the label on the flowers was “Happy Graduation” and the title on the card given was “Happy Birthday” 🤕. Not sure where to submit the pictures to show you.

It was delivered on time, a few things to improve: 1) I ordered smoked salmon but received ham and cheese instead. 2) I ordered a piece of cake and asked for candle but I Guess they forgot to put it in 3) the salted caramel was way too salty , I Guess they put too much salt. I couldn’t finish even half.

Firstly thank you for your company's time. Secondly I was actually a bit disappointed abt the yellow flower. The first pic was my satisfied bouquet. The last and final yellow flower was nice but not like the first one. That is the part tht I am not happy.
