Flowers were not sent to the toa payoh outlet. However, the team managed to send the flowers to the restaurant instead. The soft toys were well packaged but the flowers were withering

After paying $25 for delivery service i totally didnt expect that your delivery guy will come at 9am sharp. My wife was still asleep and i had to be the one to receive it. Not the kind of surprise i wanted. The time slot was 9am to 2pm so i expected the delivery to be most likely after 10am. I had ordered before and normally your guys dont come exactly on time. Disappointing.

The delivery time shown In ordering system was between 1pm and 6pm today. I emailed to your Customer Service and requested for delivery before 3pm. No commitment from your officer. The flower was delivered at 5:20pm. It would be great if it could be delivered much earlier. The time slot given is too broad.

Hi Bonnie, I have reviewed your order from our system. After checking on this, I understand that you requested a before 3pm delivery but our CS agent replied that we couldn’t make it as we have overwhelming deliveries yesterday. We also explained that we manage deliveries by a time range and we cannot commit to a specific timing. The time slot you chose was 1pm to 6pm and we successfully delivered the item at 5:20pm. It should be 5 star but I only give 3 because the flower is a bit late , I thought they will be delivered at the same time.

Free delivery was just a gimmick upon check out there was a delivery charge of $8. Should clearly state not applicable on weekend when highlighting free delivery before completing order form.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. I will raise this up with our eCommerce team to see how we can further enhance the presentation of information. Currently, at the Product Page, before you add an item to the Cart, the timeslot selection will indicate to you clearly the fees involved on a certain date and time. The timeslot selected was a weekend late evening 6 to 9pm timeslot. This requires an additional fee of $8 as the cost of delivery on a weekend late evening is costly. The delivery timing was later than expected. Paid extra $5 for delivery from 9am to 12:59pm but it’s over 1pm actually.

Delivery was done within promised timeframe, customer service was also excellent but just a bit disappointed especially the cross wreath delivered looked different from the picture shown on website upon ordering.

I was initially very disappointed with xpressflower for not processing and delivered my online order until I contacted them via WhatsApp. Marianne, the customer service has done excellent service recovery and I decided not to cancel the order. I hope xpressflower will look into this online ordering process gap

Hi Jessy With the feedback you have provided to us, I have managed to identify a loop hole in our system which caused your order not to be processed on time. We are enhancing the system to prevent such issues from happening. This should not have happened and we deeply apologize for missing out on your delivery on the 12 Oct. I❤️U balloon was OOS which staff never check and update system promptly that resulted a last minute call to customer on Thursday morning affected Friday’s delivery. Hope staff can improve on their CS and SA if encountered such recurrence and don’t offer customer a 20% disc. return voucher if it’s your mistake that item ran OOS. This was my first visit that I encountered such experience from staff and hope management can review on my feedback.
