“The tulips were fresh, but impaled on some stem/wire, which means that the flowers won't be fresh for a long time and highly likely would go to a garbage bin in 1-2 days, unfortunately. Please don't do it next time 🙏”

“My wife loved the dark pink roses. The black box packaging made it look elegant. Something you give on a dinnner date. I’ve been ordering from CpressFlower for several years now and they never failed to deliver. I recommend them to everyone.”

“Delivery was delayed and bouquet was left hanging at the door. It has been been delivered. Delivered means recepient feceived and signed for it. This time round swrvice is horrible.”

Dear Janet, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your recent purchase experience. We truly appreciate your valuable input and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per checking, our CS called you to check if we can extend the delivery until 2pm incase the driver could not make it on time. In which you acknowledge. Luckily our courier still manage to reach the location within the timeslot chosen. However, We are genuinely sorry for the disappointment caused by our courier for not handing the gift to the recipient personally and just leaving it hanging at the door without your instruction. We apologize for all this oversight and would like to assure you that the flowers have been delivered to the intended recipient as per the photo of the location we have shared. “Truly grateful to the excellent customer service that Xpressflower has. I had made an order on 10 May at 12.10am as I almost missed my mum's birthday. The earliest deilvery time is from 1 - 5pm to my mum's office, however, my mum will be having her afternoon off. Had called up the customer service and request if earlier delivery is possible. To my surprise, the lilies were delivered at around 11.20am. Appreciate XpressFlower to help me exepdite the deliveries. Thanks.”

Hi Mr. Lim, Thank you so much for the feedback. However you must have been confused with the notifications you received. Email from Sam, is for experience/feedback purposes. All updates will be notified to the email you have provided when you place the order. Once your item has been delivered, you will receive a notification with all the details of your order and that includes the the exact date and time of delivery as well.
