“The flower was wonderful, my wife love it very much. But when we took out the cake for her birthday celebration, we found that the top layer had melted and topple to the side, it was so embarrassing. We received the cake at around 11:45am and it went straight into the fridge, there were no ice packs in the box and there were evidence of condensation on the topping. Call up the help line and immediately the operator arranged for a replacement cake for us.”

“The requirement was not met. We provide picture and specified the kind of flowers we like to have more in the bouquets, we even pay extra for the spec room requirement. However, the result was just bad. You guys can refer to the photos that I uploaded. And you can easily differentiate which one is the request and which one is the result.”

“I have been ordering flowers from XpressFlower.com for awhile now and your service level is not just consistently good but your staff went up a level in delivering their services during my recent orders. I ordered 2 hand bouquets and 2 table potted plants. I was pleasantly surprised when your staff sent me pictures of the flowers and plants delivered at the recipient's address. For the first time, I was able to see the condition of the items delivered. The quality of the flowers and plants were just as advertised on your website. There were fresh and everything was perfect! Being able to communicate with your staff through Whatsapp added a personal touch to the whole experience as well. Your staff are so polite and proactive in helping with the orders. They make me feel valued as a customer. Thank you all so much!”
