“I like it that you email me a picture of the arrangement when it’s done and before delivery. This was not done previously. A good change. Also subsequent emails to update me of the movement. Very much appreciated!”

“Best thing is the same day delivery if the order is in by 3pm. Good is the notification of each step done for delivery and after delivery, plus friendly staff on the hotline. Improvements needed: list of hospitals must be current; my delivery order did not have a signature of receipt with the date and time indicated; in the website it would help customers if there was a section of all same day delivery arrangements so that no time is wasted.”

“The website suddenly down when i wanted to submit my order, so when the website is up and i submitted successful order, i received a whatsapp that they did not receive my order which i thought is a scam sms. Luckily the customer service called me and i know that the 1st order went through but no payment is made and 2nd order was successfully placed. This is not a very good experience for 1st time buyer from xpressflower like me. Other than that, the flowers looks great and hopefully the delivery will be on time too, thanks.”
