Embarrassing moment walk pass a coffee shop, saw the flower sent to a coffee shop instead of the bathroom shop arranged. Lack basic knowledge and common sense to check and deliver to correct address. Customer service call already say check and call back but no call back. Tiring to keep call their hotline to follow up with their mistake.

Upon checking, the driver assigned to your order overlooked the correct shop upon arriving the location. We understand how embarrassing and frustrating this must have been for you. We deeply regret the mistake by our team in not double-checking and delivering to the correct address. This is completely unacceptable and does not meet our standards of service excellence. As per your conversation our CS team, we already instructed our driver to collect back the stand and send it to the correct address. We have also sent you a photo of the item in the actual shop. There were a lot of wreath options at various budget. The flowers and arrangements were nice and appropriate for the occasion. Delivery was prompt and customer service gave updates at various stages of the delivery process so that customer knows where and when to expect the wreath. Very impressed and happy with my order. Ordered 2 flower stands and indicated the message and name from 2 different senders very carefully as I do not want to screw things up. When delivered, XpressFlower printed sender's name as the same person. They did not follow my message/instructions. How can a sender send 2 same flower stands to 1 receiver? It was a hard time trying to reach out to customer service to solve my issue so eventually we print our own message card and bring down to the receiver.

I ordered (AR2313) flower arrangement for my mother's birthday and Xpressflower did not disappoint. The flowers are so fresh plus the arrangement is amazingly beautiful and my mom couldn't get over it. I requested for a photo of my mom receiving the gift items as I am away and they sent me a photo of her, even captured the surprise on her face which I will forever treasure. Status of the order was communicated and the delivery was on time. Indeed, Xpressflower is more than just flowers. AJA! :)

Your customer service staff Angelica was very helpful. I have asked to be shown the end product and the card before the delivery. I spotted a missing red round fan. The advertisement showed 2 fans but my arrangement only has one. Angelica assisted to check and the missing round fan was inserted into the flower arrangement. There must have been many orders since it is CNY. I was glad it was rectified before delivery. Its great that Angelica responded to my whatsapp very promptly. When i called your company, someone answers the phone. I am impressed with your company's service because CNY is a very busy time.
