“I unfortunately experienced a problem with your web-site in that the links to payment options (I tried Paypal and Credit card links) would not connect even though I left and came back several times. I was able to eventually place and pay for the order via the chat line (Lailanie was the contact) and that process was well managed by her.”

“Ordering from overseas was seamless, the communication was excellent and the flowers were fresh and stunning, the arrangement matched the description on the website. Angelica Rabe and Lai were very helpful n responded to WhatsApp n Emails promptly. Truly appreciate their help in answering to my requested. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you Carla Jane Seguirre for the beautiful floral arrangement. It was so good being sent a pictures of the 💐 before they were sent out. Absolutely gorgeous 💐🥰 The recipient was delighted n got great compliments from the guest. Once again thank you so much Team Xpressflower.com for the Excellent service! Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to my second order today.”
