Awful, took a day off, phoned late afternoon to be told the parcel went on van then was taken off! Will recommend sellers change delivery company and wont but anything from company using yodel!

I had an email from YODEL telling me my parcel had been left in a safe place on my porch , I have no porch and it was small parcel thstbwoukd of easily for through my letter box. You phone and can't speak to a human. This company are totally unethical and dishonest.

Shocking delivery service out for delivery last Thursday with a two hour time slot then told won’t be delivered today, then the same on Saturday to be told there’s another delay and it would be delivered on Tuesday, I won’t hold my breath. There should be more accountability for these companies, I will not buy from any more retailers that use Yodel.

Received a email letting me know my parcel is coming today I stayed in all day and night nothing checked my parcel's journey your parcel on its way but driver experienced a short delay rubbish his company is useless.

Once again Yodel made a complete mess of a straightforward delivery. It's not the first time that a retailer has sent a delivery to me via Yodel and once again the delivery was not made but marked by the driver as delivery attempted. This has happened with multiple retailers such as Argos, GoodPairDays, Etsy merchants, eBay sellers, etc. so my advice to anyone looking to send an item which needs to be delivered reliably would be to use another company as Yodel at their best seem to make Hermes seem like the best company in the world and we all know how bad they are

They are crap How can an item from west London to east London take more than 8 days is beyond me. Are they sending it via china or by seagull mail.

Yodel said they had attempted delivery a week ago. I was in, noone attempted to deliver parcel at 9.18pm (past thsir delivery time anyway). No card left so wouldbt have even known they were attempting to deliver as no communication whatsoever. Rescheduled to today and waiting in 7am-9pm with two young kids. No shows again. Appalling service.

Avoid this company at all costs waited all day until 9pm still not delivered stupid tracking system that updates every 2 hours i dont know why big companies use yodel

My parcel went to a different address the courier put it on someone else’s doorstep and took a photo ! I showed evidence of my own door number and photo of my front door stating that I live in a flat and do not have a porch or dogs as photo showed ! I’m still waiting for my parcel because of couriers mistake ! I can’t get through to customer care it’s automated ! And can only chat to a bot on live chat telling me to be patient ! How bloody rude when one of your thick delivery drivers placed it at the wrong address ! This company is absolutely diabolical ! Get some real people for godsake!

I ordered an item on 18 March from a Company in London. The Company posted the item quickly and despatched it to Yodel within 24 hours. The item was at the Yodel depot for over a week before it was delivered on 28 March. A poor service.

I've waited all day for a rescheduled delivery and twice the Web customer service agent told me my parcel was with a driver ,even though the tracking showed the parcel was returned to the depot after the delivery slot disappeared 30 mins into being allocated it . It is impossible for that driver to return my parcel in 11 minutes when it take 38 minutes to drive from my town to that depot at most . I'm not amused at being lied to twice

absolute joke of a company, I have a parcel which i paid next day delivery for , BECAUSE IT WAS URGENT! they jsyt aren’t interested when it’s not delivered ,lie to save their own necks. Told me my address was incorrect then gave me the actual correct address as on the parcel , so it was correct. incompetent company

This is not the first time but intend not letting this go so why, WHY, is EVERY item bashed. Latest delivery, the driver fine,,but box has usual holes, rips , this is a gift so dread to see what happens when opened next month. Do the Yodel warehouse staff play football with the parcels ? Can Yodel not pay a supervisor to oversee staff ? The only company that delivers battered goods, in future when buy I will NEVER buy if company using this disgrace of a company. And the one star was for the hard working driver who has to put up with working for a cowboy outfit, this company will be in the news, a certainty.

My parcel said was delivered but item didn't arrive, then a few days later someone came to my door with the parcel where the box was half ripped open (enough for your hand to reach in) and some of my items were taken from the box. I assume the drive opened the box then delievered it to my neighbours house or something

My parcel as been at the yodel depot for 5 days now and I have been on this robot chat for 4 days now trying to sort it out and none of them have sorted it it is still there now and I’m not getting any where with them very bad company they just don’t care about your stuff it’s not the first time I have had trouble with theses I will never use again I would avoid this company at all cost no help from them at all not happy at all
