this is second time I've ordered the same item to be delivered, first order was 20th September, as I work from home I'm always here so when I was told that Yodel had been out and and left a card I was baffled that I didn't have a card in my hand and a Parcel, days after waiting for the parcel I was told that the Parcel had been refused at the door, BY WHOM??? the parcel was returned to sender. second order was made same item and same problems, I'm always here and cant understand why Yodel can't do the one job that it has, I was promised that it would be the first delivery on now the 6th October the day had gone and they told me it had not even left the Depot that day the Supervisor Harish Promised me that it would be in my hand now on the 7th October I waited and contacted them and was told it was returned to sender!!!???

Hands down the WORST delivery company I have dealt with. Ordered a computer monitor from a company and unfortunately, they used Yodel for their delivery service. It has been 3 days and they have to keep informing me to wait 24 hours. They are like robots copy and pasting to every response. It says it's been delivered but I haven't received the item I paid for. I was waiting downstairs the whole time watching the live tracker get closer and closer to my house. They made me go out and knock on other people's houses to see if it was delivered to the wrong address, they keep promising updates to my email which has never happened. I'm stuck now. I have no idea what to do other than give them a well-deserved rubbish review on their company.

Tracking showed delivered whilst I was out and a card had been left.I was in all day , saw no Yodel van in my small cul de sac and received no card.Tracking also said "Threshold distance breeched".Queried all this on web chat and told driver was too far away to find address( so he hadn't been , hadn't left card so lied)Asked why no sat nav surely a basic requirement of a delivery company is to be able to find an address .Could even have googled address for directions if sat nav not working but no was asked to provide a landmark.???Where do I live you may wonder , up a mountain in the Outer Hebrides , no a large housing estate in St.Annes on sea just outside Blackpool.Told driver would phone me tomorrow and ask for directions.Unbelievable ! Amazon or Hermes have no trouble finding my street nor does anyone else it's been here over 40 years !

Absolutely irresponsible. Without actual attempt to delivery and without call back note, the tracking was updated falsely as delivery attempt failed and call back note dropped.

Yodel mailed me on 7 different days telling me they would pick up the parcels i was sending. They said they were ' sorry they missed me', but this is a lie they never came, my cctv is proof of that. How do they get away with it? and what sort of cowboy company would use them in the first place. Come on people use Hermes, hardly any problems.

My item had days of no movement resulting in it arriving two days late and too late for me to wear for the occasion I had bought it for. Very unhappy as I wasted my money in buying the item seeing as it was delivered too late!

My son ordered something from the USA Kickstarter with his birthday and Christmas money and has patiently been waiting 3 months for it. Finally he got a message that it had left the factory but a couple of days later told me it was going to be delivered by Yodel and my heart sank. We sat in all day waiting for it and him checking the tracking app. It finally left the depot at 1 pm as part of a delivery of 138 itemswhich didn't bode well, he watched as the driver was showing as being parked up for 2 hours at a nearby village, eventually with 12 deliveries before us at 8pm the driver was showing as heading in the opposite direction and again showed parked up for ages. By 9pm we knew it wasn't coming but the website still showed it as out for delivery, at 9:30 upon checking again we saw a message that had a timestamp of 18:43 saying that the parcel couldn't be delivered that definitely wasn't there when I checked half an hour earlier. I just wish that when companies would pick a delivery company they wuld check the reviews. Yodel have always been awful in my experience so much so that if I find out that a company usese them, I'll actually go and buy the product from someone else. I don't know how they sty in business. They don't deserve to.

Yet again a parcel which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel isn't delivered. The tracking starts off well with a 2 hour delivery slot and the information the driver is on delivery 6 and you are 69. The next time I looked the tracking information has gone (it's still prior to the end of the 2 hour slot). Once the 2 hour slot is gone I contacted Yodel via their webchat service to be told that the driver failed to deliver (really!) and will try again tomorrow. The tracking system is then magically updated to say they were unable to locate our property. DPD, Hermes, Royal Mail and many other services rarely have a problem. Yodel and UPS, however, are in a class of their own - not a good class :( Oddly on their second attempts they nearly always manage to deliver which makes me suspicious that locating us isn't the issue.

I have been waiting for my parcel for 10 days now but the tracking says it is on transit. Tried to contact on ph but that is automated so there is no way I can contact. Had chat 4 times in webchat service but they are unable to locate parcel rather asked me to contact seller for a possible solution. They do not provide any slot of delivery which is very frustrating for customer. I do recommend the business to use DPD even they have to pay a bit more. Using cheaper service but losing parcel in the end is way more expensive. On the top, the business will lose customer too. I would never use Yodel for any delivery due to their poor service. Had a very dodgy delivery driver. He rang my doorbell. We have a door code that opens the front door to our building so I shouted down did he know it (as I didn't realise it was Yodel and our normal post man has the code). He shouted no. I ran down to collect my parcel, and after he gives me it he asks 'what is your door code by the way, he then paused looking shifty as hell and added' I mean has it changed?' Changed from what I asked. He stumbled over his words and said 'oh you've given me it before. No, I haven't. He had no idea what it was because he has never delivered here before. I've had 1 Yodel delivery in 5 years and it wasn't him. I find it very shady he was asking for the code to access my building after he'd already delivered the parcel.

I missed the 1st delivery due to a fall. I am disabled and had to go to hospital. On getting a card I rearranged delivery the next day to a different address, all was confirmed. I tried all day to track but it wasn't updates. I tried to ring but its automated and it doesn't help. I used chat and twice was told to keep checking the tracking and to remain at the property. By 8pm I used chat again and was told it would be with me at your earliest, I asked which day and she couldn't or wouldn't say, she just kept repeating thank you for your patience, your delivery will be with you at our earliest. By this time my patience had run out and I asked if she expected me to wait indefinitely. And she repeated herself again. It future I will avoid at all costs, I have been lied to and you make promises you have no intention of keeping and will not speak to your customers personally. Awful customer service shame on you!!

Il sum up why they are awful in a few steps. 1. Parcel is a week late 2. Arranged delivery for when I'd be home. Tracking information was so off, I wasn't home. 3. Driver didn't use my ring.com, or leave a card 4. After speaking to customer service, the only option I was given was to deliver it tomorow... When I wouldn't be home (that's why I arranged it for today) So I'm going to the depot when I can to pick it up. Because they can't be trusted to do the 1 thing there company is supposed to do. Deliver. Edit: picked it up, my induction hob is smashed to pieces

Useless company - lost 3 parcels I sent, had another returned for no reason. No compensation, spent at least 5 hours on to their 'help' desk, which is incredibly hard to find. Avoid like the plague.

My delivery was scheduled to arrive yesterday. I rescheduled it at 4pm to arrive on Saturday which is today and no word. It is 4pm now. The agent on their website said the driver is on the way but can not disclose the time slot. Said to wait until 9pm. It is unacceptable and unhelpful as will wait for the whole day. Terrible company
