“the whole process, personal number of delivery driver? why not professional and against data protection, so he gets my complaint rather than you, as he cant leave parcel unless customer in and then he doesn't get paid, has to use own phone etc for minimum wage shame on you, management and company need to take more responsibility”

Because the despatch was so quick and my parcel was out for delivery very quickly but then they literally passed my house and said they can’t access it, when they can? so I asked them to re deliver today, and the exact same thing has happened. “Tracking said approx 10am -being loaded on van, then - will be a pm delivery, then at 4pm collect at local depot in 48 hrs. Why not the next day if going back to local depot, if it ever was on van?? Then every day the day to collect form depot was put forward 24 hrs. So from “being loaded on van” on Monday latest is collect from the depot on Sat- and I’m sure it’s ongoing but I’ve given up, which I’m sure is their ultimate aim. Take a look at the other delivery companies and maybe use the system with best delivery rate and customer satisfaction rate or just close your company down as it’s not really a delivery company!”
“Yet another non delivery by Yodel.was told left with neighbour checked the two flats downstairs and buildings either side and none of them had spoken to a Yodel Driver.not surprisingly my downstairs Neighbour was also looking for a package delivered by Yodel which she had been told had been left with my flat! “Had a parcel being delivered for a present, watched the online tracking for 3 hrs and when it was 2 streets away I went out and waited at the gate, then when no vehicles had entered my street. I received a notification saying sorry you weren’t in we’ve left a calling card. Don’t know where they left the calling card but it wasn’t with me. It’s now marked as at depot and has been there for 2 days. I won’t be waiting in for yodel parcels ever again. Absolute disgrace. Well they can take the parcel they have of mine and stick it where the sun don’t shine and if the driver does try and deliver it again he’ll get a piece off my mind.”

I was in all day, my garage was locked and I have cctv covering the garage and drive.
Nothing was delivered to me by Yodel and clearly they have left my parcel elsewhere and are simply not bothered to sort it out.”

Apparently it’s been out for delivery since 6:19am and has it arrived - No of course not!
I don’t understand why companies use them or how they even exist.

“I am disgusted by Yodel, today I was lied to by your customer service that a total stranger's parcel which was left at my house yesterday by a driver from Yodel would definitely be picked up today by 9pm,was a blatant lie as nobody turned up to collect it. “Over the past few years, I’ve had an 80% delivery failure rate from Yodel. They can bungle a delivery in more ways than you could ever imagine. And what makes it worse is that their tracking system tries to switch the blame onto the customer - “attempted delivery but the customer wasn’t in”, or “couldn’t get access to the customer’s property”, or “customer cancelled the order”, or “more information is required before delivery can be attempted”, and a host of other lies. The company is incompetent to the core. It’s not just the worst courier company I have ever dealt with, it is simply the worst company, full stop.”
“Parcel - a birthday present from family abroad -not delivered to me (stayed in waiting for delivery) although tracking said it had been handed to customer! There appears to be no real system for sorting this out - the phone number is just an algorithm confirming what their text said, I gave up waiting for internet chat after 25 minutes. Customer service is hopeless. Will make sure I never ever use this firm.”

Not the first time they pulled a stunt as last time out they said they tried to deliver but nobody home yet my cctv shows nobody came to address to attempt delivery, complete liars and inept.
