“Received a text message saying my parcel would be delivered between 7pm and 9pm this was sent around 2 hours before delivery time and rearranging my whole day for this delivery. The delivery did not arrive. When I checked the tracking number it said delivery was tried and a card was left which did not happen. Yodel if you can't complete a delivery do not lie and say its the customers fault for not being home.”
“I ordered some some stuff from Zara and their delivery partner was Yodel. The tracking on my delivery said that they cannot find my address but just the week before they delivered to me from Asos which is super weird. Guess the driver was too lazy to drive to my location on the day.”
“ABsolutely disgusting service! I had my delivery scheduled between 7pm -9pm. Have been waiting at home and noone turned up. At 9.55pm got txt message advising my parcel has been delivered at 8.01pm. Knocked doors to all my neighbours thinking maybe yodel delivered to one of them but noone received. Contacted yodel via Web chat next morning, as when I have tried to call them automated service was still stating parcel has been delivered, and Web advisor told me it will take 24hours for the depo to investigate. In late afternoon I went to my local Yidel depo to find they not there anymore! So contacted Web chat again and they have told me that my parcel had been brought back to depo and will be delivered next day! What disgusting service is that??? No options to raise formal complaint either! AVOID!”
“As others have stated, AVIOD Yodel AT ALL COSTS! This company just doesn't care, I wish I could give zero stars or even minus stars. Yes they're that bad, always fobbing people off & there's no actual LIVE persons voice you can chat with. Just chat agents, who aren't even in the UK going by some of the names. I tracked my parcel, it was 6 stops away on the map & then suddenly I get the message 'unable to deliver calling card left'. No card was left, the driver just couldn't be bothered to press my door buzzer (I live in a complex) with a main door & panel with door number buttons for intercom. I was in all day, even had a food shop delivery the same day & they managed to deliver my items. There's just no excuse for this sham of a company, I wish Littlewoods & other companies would stop using them for deliveries.”
“So I bought some items from overseas and it was sent to the UK and Yodel was the UK partner. After 3 weeks with Yodel, they have finally come back and told me the parcel is lost. So for 2 weeks they have been telling lies after lies. That my parcel's label was damaged, there is backlog with depot, it will be delivered today, tomorrow, withing 48 hours...all complete lies.
Disgusted by this company and I am pretty ccertain their drivers or staff has probably stolen my items.
Avoid Yodel at all costs unless you are happy with them stealing your parcels.”
“Yodel claim not to find my house! They did not try very hard as I have ON AVERAGE two parcels a day from Royal Mail or Amazon or DPD. They just cannot have the latest “find address” software. They have missed two deliveries from a espresso, but deliveries from other clothing companies do not have the same problem, everybody else finds my house?”
“My parcel has been with Yodel for almost 3 weeks now. Over 2 weeks ago i got the “driver unable to find address” update in the tracking (which I have since learnt is a deliberate attempt to skip delivery by drivers who can’t be bothered driving to your location). I updated the address and then for whatever reason the parcel was sent back to the national hub and then back to my local depot within 48 hrs. Since then it has been just sitting i. The depot for over 10 days now. No updates on tracking, very unhelpful customer service and failure to keep any promises. They keep telling me they “delivery will be attempted before 9pm today” or “we will provide update within 24 hours” but obviously there are just lies to get me off the line. Absolutely useless company and will almost certainly avoid in the future.”
“I ordered an item online and received a message from yodel tracking saying it’s been delivered through letter box . A complete lie , I never received it was home all day and to get to my letterbox you have to buzz my property to get in Tne building as it’s a secure entry . Lies , I’ve tried contacting chat online it just tells me to contact Tne driver . I have called his number fir three days and it continuously diverts . I’ve also left a voice message but have had no luck at all . Never use these what a SCAM !!!!!!”
“Unfortunately talk talk used Yodel to 'deliver' my broadband equipment. For 2 days in a row they have told me they are delivering it. For 2 days in a row their driver has entered into their system they attempted the delivery and have left a card. They have a tracking service I can see they did this from about 3 or 400 yards away from my house on another estate. Obviously there is no card.
When you call them its an automated service. Their Webchat agents take between 2-10 minutes to respond. After an hour trying to talk to said web agents I now have to complete a 40 mile round trip to collect my parcel. Total waste of time.”
“Absolutely awful service, paid for next day delivery. A week later no sign if my parcel. You can’t speak to an actual person on the phone, web chat useless just fob you off. I have had a web chat everyday since my parcel was supposed to be delivered but still no help or parcel.

“Lost my return parcel not once , but TWICE ! , still haven't found it . Discovered in the small print that it's only insured for £50 , value of the items was £160 , leaving me £110out of pocket . Have contacted them on numerous occasions , got fobbed off with various excuses , DO NOT use this terrible company!!”

“Yodel told me my parcel was delivered- it wasn’t. They said they delivered it to a neighbour- it wasn’t. I tried to call the helpline but they cut off customers without a tracking number? (My delivery card wasn’t even sent, so I wouldn’t have the number.) I then tried online support and the guy tried to brush me off and gave me the helpline number?
I had to contact asos instead. I went round my block five times knocking on doors until I found my parcel. It actually ruined my day! Do not trust them”
“They kept my parcel for two weeks and then returned it to the sender. I went on the live web chat four times to try and find out what was going on as the tracking website they gave me wasn't being updated. They said the first three times they had a large amount of parcels in that area and to wait for the next day. Then the fourth time they had the cheek to say I had requested the parcel to be held at the depot! And the customer service agent addressed me by the wrong name. I have all the chats saved. Useless company.”
