“I was told my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. I was in at the time it was supposed to have been delivered but nothing arrived through my letterbox. The delivery details gave the driver's contact number as 0000. What a joke as It's not a valid contact number. I've tried contacting yodel who were supposed to be checking with the depot to try to track down my parcel. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. 48 hours later and still no response! Would never recommend Yodel as a delivery company.”

“DO NOT USE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe how bad this company is - they should be shut down. I am 99% sure that the driver has stolen the parcel which should have been delivered (a mobile phone). No concrete tracking information. I am disgusted. Even when trying to make a complaint is it is an uphill struggle. I cannot believe a company like this is still going.”
“I've actually stopped using bay due to these imbeciles now it seems I'm going to have to stop using amazon too. The best thing to do is go out shopping for goods myself and bring them home in my car.....at least I'll get to keep what I pay for instead of never seeing it and not getting a refund because yodel claim to have delivered....I'd watch those drivers like a hawk if I were a manager yodel.... parcels don't just vanish into thin air.”
“Thieving delivery driver. We regularly order from a great company that sadly uses Yodel and for some reason twice over the last 18 months the driver has been unable to find our address (Huge green building on an industrial estate you really can’t miss it) and we have had to complain to get it sorted. Both times the package has then turned up with half the stuff missing and taped back up with clear tape. Next time I’m reporting this to the police you horrible thieving….. they will take it too, trust me on that.

Used web chat to get it changed back to Collect+ point. Changed back to collect from local depot again! And this time when I got in touch with the web chat they fobbed me off to the collect+ website which is one of the most unhelpful websites I've ever used. Infuriated.”
“Customer service are useless, they only can promise you that parcel will be delivered but it never is...first day- fake delivery- I was at home at that time, second day-promise it will be delivered by customer service-turn out parcel wasn't even collected from the depo, third day- promised to deliver but no parcel in the end again. Fourth day- even got a call wow with the promise to deliver my parcel that day- jap no parcel that day either. Than Sunday no deliveries. I still haven't received my very important and expensive item...”
