Unfortunately I've been waiting 6 days for my Yodel delivery and at every turn I'm greeted with either incompetence or complete lies!!!, my delivery is from Virgin Mobile if that makes any difference at all đŸ€” tracking info stated received and then out for delivery, we ordered 2 handsets one came with a console.....bet you can't guess which one is lost đŸ˜± yeh you got it the one with the console.......tracking still shows at local delivery depot (Alfreton Derby's) called this morning to be informed they don't know where it is and are going to do a full depot search đŸ€” they also said they would contact me personally to confirm the item location and status (they didn't!!!) as dramatic as this sounds I'm reporting this to my local police as in my opinion a theft has occurred and I find that disgusting.....if my review does nothing else other than alert you to the goings on at Yodel I have done you a huge service and please avoid 👍 Kind regards Chris White

Bashed, burst open box on delivery and rude deliver driver who only said ‘Name’ and ‘Here’ as they thrust the very damaged package into my hand.

Lied about delivering package had to drive down to.get package inly for then to say they cant find it. Companies need to stop using Yodel as their couriers!!!

Awful. Failed to deliver my package, then instead of reattempting they sent it back to the sender so the company had to give me a refund and I missed out on black friday deals. So lazy.

Package not delivered to my house - told its with a neighbour at flat 21. I don't live in or near flats. No note given as to where to find it.

My daughters has parcel has more lives than a cat. Waited over 5 days. No sign. It was missing, then found, then stolen, miraculously supposed on way today. It will be a miracle if it turns up, it costs ÂŁ300, we will see

AWFUL!!!! Don't even attempt to deliver despite you being at home all day with CCTV so you know they just couldn't be bothered to deliver!!! Then try calling and get hung up on because you can only speak to someone on webchat!!!! Then webchat can't do anything and I'm expected to just wait until they can actually be bothered to deliver whenever the hell that is!

Review of YODEL On 22/11/2021 I placed and order from a supplier the I did not realise use YODEL to ship their products. They were offering 72 hour delivery so in time for the weekend so I thought. On 24/11/2021 I arrived home from work at about 4pm and on checking my emails I saw 1 from Yodel at about 11am advising of delivery of my parcel within 2 hours, funny I thought no parcel at home waiting for me. On checking up my emails I then saw another email from Yodel advising of a failed delivery and that a card had been put through my door, er NO it hadn’t so I have no idea where the failed delivery was but it wasn’t at my address. So I go online and re-arrange delivery to my local YodelCollection plus point, surely they can’t miss deliver to their own collection point? No delivery the following day 25/11/2012, tracking shows parcel in depot. 26/11/2021 I contact Yodel on their Webchat system to be told that I should ‘expect delivery today’. Guess what no delivery. 27/11/2021 again contact Yodel on their Webchat to be told the parcel is still in the depot but the driver is going out and you’ll get an email with a 2 hour delivery slot when the driver departs. About an hour later I get an email from Yodel thanking me for selecting to have my parcel delivered on Monday 29/11/2021. WTAF!!! Monday 29/11/2021 I receive an email from YODEL advising that my order has been returned to the supplier and emails from the supplier also telling me that the order had been returned to them and that they would refund me!!! Now while I am not out of pocket in all this I did have to arrange/ buy other stuff to cover the lack of delivery by YODEL. I will NEVER EVER knowingly use YODEL again as they are completely useless, they have one job which is to deliver parcels how can they get it so wrong and continually so judging by the other reviews of them. I will also be telling everyone I know to avoid YODEL at all costs, complete shower of SH*TE.

I would not even give Yodel 1 star. Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago to be delivered in time for a special birthday. Had to chase order as no delivery or tracking details had been provided. In short, the manufacturer had sent item to Yodel to deliver but they have lost the item, hence why no tracking details were ever sent to me. Disgraceful, think Yodel should be shut down!?

My parcel was left in the street outside the wrong adress (similar adress though) and then when I queried it I was given no help other than false "evidence" that the delivery driver said he sent it to the correct adress and so it was obviously sent to the correct adress... The evidence was a photo of someone elses front door down the street where the parcel was left. Having contacted the seller I had confirmation that they had my correct adress, however Yodel continue to give me nothing but empty advice to check details with the seller and that the delivery driver is always right. No accountability and basically gaslighting emails telling me that I received my parcel when all they do is further prove that it was sent elsewhere. Also whilst chatting for assistance on web chat I was sent a massive response in a matter of seconds with someone elses name in it, as instead of adressing each customers needs individually, they copy and paste generic responses. Has 1 star because it doesnt let you do 0.

3 delivery's in a row said to have been delivered and none have arrived.. tracking is USELESS as all it says is 'delivered' not where, who signed, no photo or evidence.. SHOCKING service.. Add this to the fact last year a delivery of a new Laptop was quite literally thrown across the gate (its and electric gate but has a big sign saying 'press button to open') and also getting a message while working on the front garden/drive saying 'we tried to deliver but you were not home' leads me to one conclusion.. YODEL YOUR APPALLING

My parcel said delivered and handed to me. I was at work. Contacted them via chat (it’s impossible any other way) The person I spoke to said, I can see from the sat nav it wasn’t your property. I live in centre of town, needle in a haystack trying to find it. He said they would investigate and get back to me in 24 hour. 5 days later they emailed saying, we are unable to assist you any further, contact the company you purchased from. Why does anyone use yodel, they are absolutely the worst. It’s not the 1st time this has happened!

As many have stated already, poor customer service. These people make no attempt to find an address. If they can't find it clear as day within 8seconds of arriving in the vicinity, expect delivery to be rescheduled after you sit though a painful online chat with a customer service agent stationed in some office building in dubai. People like Hermes or DPD will at least call and ask for directions before just carrying on like it isn't their job to find their delivery spots. 0/10.

Wish I read these reviews first on here!! Appalling service by these shysters!!! No parcel delivered, they said on the tracking app that it was handed over to customer!! LIARS !! I was not even at home.!! They are currently investigating whereabouts of my parcel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I had a order from Virgin, iPhone 13 pro and AirPods. Yodel tracking app said delivered on 14:57 I wasn’t there in and no card was left. Managed to get hold of the customers service and apparently they delivered to to a guy call John. I live alone and not called John. No photo, no card amd customer service said they’ll ring the driver and find out where it is within 24 hrs. 24hr later nothing so I ring back and then was told they are investigating the driver but can’t call him as they don’t have a phone number for him so they will email him to ask him to attend a interview. Basically stole my parcel and now Virgin are threatening me with having to pay for it. I will never ever use a company that uses Yodel!

I have never had a courier lose my packages so many times. Any time I see that Yodel are my courier, I simply count my losses early. And still every time its me who has to reach out and ask where my package has gone, as they will never raise it first. Honestly just refund your package before it arrives if they're meant to be delivering, it will save you a lot of time and effort. ASOS, sweetie, please stop using them ❀

Yesterday I was waiting for my mattress to be delivered, I was at home all day and I have dog who barks every time someone comes near the door. The courier was meant to arrive 18:09-20:09 and about 18:20 I received information "sorry we've missed you" and the delivery was rescheduled for today. Now the driver was 7 stops away from me and when I updated the tracking page again few minutes later it showed me "we need more information about your address", I have called but obviously you were already closed so the automated service told me "we were unable to locate your property". This is a joke, I had yodel deliver to this address before and so did other neighbours from my street. Now I had 2 options - reschedule delivery for Monday and risk not having my parcel delivered for the 3rd time or collect it at local depot. Local depot is around 30 miles away from me. I chose collection in the depot because I am not going to wait until I get told the parcel is getting sent back to the sender because there was several attempts. Nightmare, don't use.
