I'm giving 5 stars as I image there aren't many and Yodel might read it out of curiosity Summary: WIGGLE use Yodel - avoid purchases from them WIGGLE. Yodel can't even do click and collect to a petrol station. BP SEWELLS - avoid click collect from here, it might be Yodel. I'm giving 5 stars as I image there aren't many and Yodel might read it out of curiosity Hearing the stories of "sorry we missed you" I went for click and collect option (C&C) for a package from WIGGLE. I thought that they would at least be able to deliver to a click and collect location, BP SEWELLS petrol station. Turns out there was no-one around at the 24h garage when there tried to deliver it. Package got returned to Selby depot. I've getting reminders to pick the package at the BP SEWELLS C&C point every day for the past week. I check on day 1 and day 7, C&C hold packages for 10days. Team at BP SEWELLS were apologetic and said that dozens of customers have had the same issue with Yodel. Followed up with Yodels chat bot find out when they would try and re-deliver to their C&C point (chat bot did work to be fair). They have decided to return it to WIGGLE on day 7 of it being in their depot. I was told I had contact their client to rearrange delivery. I've done their job them and have contact WIGGLES bots to cancel my purchase (get the return courtesy of Yodel). I was still getting notifications that the package was ready to collect from BP SEWELLS after it had been left the Selby depot for return to WIGGLE. I'll be posting this review at WIGGLE and BP SEWELL. The big boys might have better traction may us.

Dropped the laptop return parcel off at a collection point last Saturday. Tracking shows collected on Monday, for delivery on Thursday. Today is Saturday and the tracking has not been updated, parcel not delivered and the useless customer service web chat has been whirling around for 2 hours unanswered. Laptops Direct, you need to pick a different delivery partner. This one appears to have stolen my laptop ...

When tracked online the status shows sorry we missed you and left you a card. Liers, I was at home all day. They neither left a card nor delivered the parcel.

3 days late delivery. Every time I contact them, same generic answer. This delay in delivery is causing delay in my work as I need the item asap. It’s been in the local depot since Tuesday, still mot out for delivery! Was supposed to get it on Tuesday!!

Quite literally the worst service out of any business operating this side of the equator. Absolutely abysmal and always baffles me that huge businesses still rely on them for courier services. Never once had a good word to say about them. Pathetic.

Usually, at least where I worked in the delivery business, when a client called, you called the driver and asked location and time, especially if the delivery window was missed. Not here, here you get literally 0 more information that what you had before contacting customer service. Don't even bother. UPDATE : I was assured by 4 customer service agents today that my parcel was going to be delivered today, no one bothered to notify me it was going to be late, or when it was brought back to the depot later today.

Yet again Yodel fails to meet the miserably low standards it sets itself. Twice now missed a parcel delivery because I stupidly believed the tracking app ! But they decided to deliver 4 hrs earlier that the tracking said. Outstanding !! I will definitely not be buying products from companies were these clowns are the courier.

Christmas is the time where Yodel deliveries always go missing. Never have a problem with any other courier service at this time. Just Yodel. Maybe the drivers can't be bothered to go shopping so just steal what they are supposed to be delivering. Absolutely useless customer service, and tracking system never works let alone updates. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy having your time wasted.

Avoid purchasing anything from any company using Yodel. Sometimes, if you're lucky you'll receive what you pay for, but a lot of the time, they'll not bother delivering your order or maybe take a picture of your front door and not even attempt to ring your door bell. They employ liars and thieves who've stolen or mislaid over sixty pounds of merchandise from me. Could somebody please put Yodel out of business and let a more competent carrier take over?

Yodel us by far the worst company ever… My delivery is later for 5 days as the driver cant locate my adress… how stupid can you be its literally a main road adress if you type on google it will take you straight there… trying to contact then and this robot is the only way to contact them, and doesnt give me options…. There is a webchat apparently which is never available … now I know why the bad reviews… terrible

No delivery they say parcel was left in porch l do not have a porch so angry as how would these drivers like to pay for goods and not receive them because a delivery driver was to lazy to do the job they were employed for Perhaps they should think about this when they start their shift

Yodel confirmed my parcel had been delivered when it hadn't, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone to question where my parcel got delivered to and then 3 days later it turned up, but was just sat outside my house, no one had attempted to knock on the door. I also then had an email a couple weeks later to say a parcel has been delivered but no indication of where the parcel was coming from so I was unable to track what was being delivered. Communication is just so poor from them and no real effort in trying to resolve issues.

Yodel, about as useful as a chocolate teapot! How on earth are they still operating? You have ONE job, ONE JOB!!!!, deliver parcels, and that you can't do, ahahahaha. a week of, "your delivery is out for delivery today" but apparently finding the address is too hard for them to do even though it's to a popular chain hotel/restaurant and the only one in the area, you would think with todays satnav system that finding properties wouldn't be an issue in this day and age, how wrong. Thanks for leaving me disappointed and missing out on a now sold out preorder. I'm now cancelling all 12 of my pre-ordered items now I know that they end up in your hands. I thought royal mail was bad until this situation, you've stole the crown

Still waiting for delivery due 2nd December then told 3rd then 4th now 6th total shambles. Last time they could not find 3rd largest hotel in Grangemouth take it the driver could not be bothered try to find it.

Absolute shambles! We've got a new delivery Guy in Dudley and he is sooo lazy, never rings the bell, just shouts "PARCEL" and dumps it next to the bins, often in the rain, no notice, nothing. He lies about leabing items in Lobby or authorised place (no such place exists)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for next day delivery optimistically and it’s 3 days late, customer service is horrendous as there’s literally no way to speak to a human. Webchat queue has been over an hour at all times of day, phone cuts you off. Avoid avoid avoid - terrible company
