Apparently, i some how rejected the parcel when it came to my door. when the company never even came to my house i was in all day. they have now sent the parcel back to the place a bought it from. please i beg, NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE Y O D E L.

I received an email to tell me that my delivery had been made at 11.03 this morning. In fact at that very time Yodel delivered a separate packet to one of my neighbours. They did not deliver mine, and they did not leave a card. They have not made my delivery, despite emailing me to ask me to review their service. They do not provide a phone number, and I have spent hours waiting for somebody to answer their webchat system. Nobody answered and at 5pm they are closed until Monday. Absolutely useless and disgraceful. I have given them one star, the minimum. It is one star too many.

Just a nightmare! Missed a parcel as it seems the drive couldn't get entry to the property. No card left, can't contact customer services and the only option is to pick the parcel up from depot which is not an option for me as the parcel is massive and I don't drive! Never had this problem with amazon drivers not sure why some sellers uses yodel when this is not the first time I have had a problem with them!

Absolutely useless. According to tracking they came into our tiny village and delivered my parcel... they did not. Impossible to contact them. Phone lines are closed and webchat inaccessible. I contacted marsalls seeds who discovered Yodel had delivered to an address in the middle of Darlington, 10 miles away. I would never use or recommend this delivery company.

One week after scheduled delivery: "sorry your parcel is still at the depot, it will be delivered tomorrow." Two days later: "sorry your parcel is still at the depot, it will be delivered tomorrow." Next day: "we are unable to locate your parcel." I had previously seen accusations of Yodel employees stealing parcels but had never believed it. Well, now I do! They then had the audacity to say I would need to contact the seller to resolve the issue, as if it is not Yodel's responsibility. Disgusting

Ordered something from eBay, they took ages to deliver and when they did, nobody actually delivered it. I got a notification saying it had been delivered... nobody actually attempted a delivery as I have a ring doorbell to prove it and when I tried to get in touch with customer service I got a reply a week after, it’s still not resolved now 👍🏼 Awful awful service and I think the people they’re hiring are stealing parcels.

Driver left a note to say my delivery was left rear of the property. No delivery was found. Phone lines shut down, web chat not working and not responding to tweets.

Yodel said they tried to deliver at 12.23 Thursday. I live in a school house, they said all gates were locked. All gates were open as children picking up lunches. Customer service said they would deliver yesterday until yesterday came and they said too busy to deliver something they never delivered the day before. Unable to pick up from their depot as the parcel was still on the van and they apparently couldn't get hold of the driver. Lies lies lies!!!

Yet another scummy lieing thieving yodel delivery driver. They state they posted my package through my letter box. No package was posted and I doubt you could fit a package with £80 of kids clothes through a letterbox. Seems like yodel train these thieves in house

Courier attended 2 days ago and left a card just saying missed with no other details. Today we have been home all day and no one has attended my address or left a card yet the courier has gone to my 86yr old Grandfathers house with my parcel(once diverted a parcel to this address because of similar issue). They have claimed to my grandad that they tried to deliver to me twice but no one has been home. My grandad offered to take the parcel but as he was unable to help the driver lift it due to his age, health and self isolating therefore the driver has said he cannot deliver it as it's too heavy for him and I'll have to collect from.miles away. This is ridiculous and I'm not sure why they have attended my grandparents address when I did not ask them to. Putting them in danger in the process.

Your courier attended my address 2 days ago whem i was out and left a card just saying missed with no other details. Rude delivery guy, reckons it’s my fault the parcel needed a signature and I should of logged on and said to put in a safe place. The emails don’t ask me to do that! He said you need to leave a back gate open I said I can’t I have dogs, he said the garage then I said no coz it’s linked to the utility! Total twit rude

Useless useless useless. Say you've delivered my parcel when you havnt. Apparently it's been put in my back porch....I DONT HAVE A FU*KING PORCH! Also takes days to get in contact with you. Currently my parcel is 4 days late

Expecting a delivery from YODEL today.. was tracking the driver online and seen he was getting close (3 stops away) so I wait in my porch and he is now only 1 stop away; on the next street. I then reload and .. oh wait.. my delivery has been delivered... to me!!?! But no signature was required due to COVID-19! I go to the next street.. no house number the same as mine so noway could it have been a genuine error. YODEL DRIVERS ARE USING COVID-19 FOR CAPITAL GAIN AS IT IS PROVIDING THEM WITH THE PERFECT EXCUSE AS TO WHY NO SIGNATURE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. They are not stupid, they know their vans are tracked, hence why he was on the street next to me so it looks as though he came to mine! I contact yodel and their reply is “Oh, it’s been delivered, he was by your property according to our system!, you will need to contact your supplier as this is no longer our issue”. JOKE. WELL YODEL MAN I HOPE YOU ENJOY MY BABIES COT BEDDING/CUTLERY AND SONS CLOTHING! DISGUSTING

Received an email to say driver had been and had left a card, no card and driver had not been anywhere near my address...tried web chat but after a wait of half an hour to be connected to an advisor was totally ignored after first acknowledgement of me being there... terrible awful company... no contact number, no way to reschedule my delivery.. bunch of crooks.

Aldi had arranged for Yodel to collect faulty good between certain times. Received an email saying that I wasn't in and that a card had been placed through my letter box. False! Rearranged through Aldi for next day collection. This time email stated that the item had been collected. False! Tried contacting Yodel but just got an automated message informing me that the item had been collected and I was cut off. Now asking Aldi to rearrange with ANY other courier.

Dreadful. I hope the company goes bust. Their tracking facility is useless and simply lies. Still awaiting my parcel 15 days after supposedly being out for deliver. Trying to make contact with a person is not possible and other means of contact is a waste of time. Why reputable online retailers use them I have no idea.
