Absolute disgrace!!!!! Drivers just deliver to wherever they like, obviously can't read or just don't care about their customer's. Mother's Day ruined for my Mum...In these uncertain times I thought flowers would brighten my Mum's day, the Yodel driver had other ideas 😠 When I called Customer Service to say delivery note said delivered but flowers not received, she said as far as she was concerned they were delivered to GPS co-ordinates which include about 15 houses....She couldn't get in touch with driver as he hadn't supplied a phone number and she couldn't contact the depot. What sort of company has no information or checks on their drivers who deliver to some vulnerable people? Marks & Spencer need to reconsider who they associate with as this useless delivery company could very easily push loyal, long term customers away.

Firstly. The tracking stopped updating at around 3pm. It wasn’t budging and still showed delivery as completing delivery 16 out of 57 deliveries. Secondly it got to after the time frame and still no delivery. These are fresh flowers so as you can imagine panic mode set in. Thirdly, after speaking to a very RUDE person on yodel webchat, who assure me my flowers were coming, it got to 9pm and still NO flowers. Fast forward to after 9 and I receive a text saying my time is now going to be between 7pm and 9pm. Well, that’s all well and good but it’s after 9 and I have NO FLOWERS. Then I received a text saying they had been delivered. Well, my poor mother had been waiting by the door all day for these flowers for Mother’s Day. She went outside and searched everywhere. Asked neighbours and people across the street. She checked bins, sheds anywhere that could’ve possibly been a safe place even though no one had knocked and there had been no yodel van on the street at all. I rang yodel customer services to be greeted by... yep automated service!! Which was stupid and hard to get anywhere with. Why can’t I talk to an actual person? A human? The automated service asked me to enter my tracking number so I did. It then proceeded to tell me no one was in so the flowers couldn’t be delivered. Which is an absolute lie. Ridiculous. She had been waiting in by the door all day!! The automated service asked me if I would like to reschedule a delivery. So I chose option yes. It then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t do that because no delivery attempt had been made?? What on Earth is wrong with this company!! Find my mothers flowers and find them NOW. And do everyone a favour, just shut up shop. Pathetic excuses for a courier company. I am furious.

Waited in all the day yesterday, no delivery. Yodel had the audacity to claim they had tried to deliver but couldn’t get access to the property! I live in a bungalow with no fence and open drive to front door from road! I had even left a note on my order where they could leave my parcel if I was out! They left no card to prove they had been, when it became dark we turned the light on for them. You can’t speak to a human when you call, you just get a computer generated voice telling you the same rubbish as the online info. I really wish companies would stop using them as a delivery company. I have asked Nespresso to use someone else as this is not the first time I have had problems with yodel.

Horrible. Every delivery from Yodel was paid like next day delivery, but i received my parcels after four, five days. Normal for that company. Shame

Failed delivery while I was home. I've seen my delivery get marked as failed 3 minutes after the fact. There's no note left, nobody knocked or rang the intercom. Doesn't look like an attempt was made.

Failed delivery while I was home. Their website shows how many deliveries away the driver is and I've been paying attention when it was showing mine was next. No intercom ring, no door knock, no note left behind.

Worst delivery company about. 3 deliveries in 2 days that never got delivered. Lied about leaving cards after waiting in all day. One even text me to ask if I could pick it up from his house! Absolutely disgraceful, yodel need to be careful who they employ they will ruin the company. If they haven't already!

Literally horrible service. I have been waiting for my parcel whole day but instead there was an update online saying they cant gain access to the property. We are literally just next to the main road with nothing blocks into our drive way. Called the CS later who was not able to tell why and what has happened and cant even promise for the next day delivery.

No help at all bought a item for £40.22 and never got it or anything from them then ring them up and they said they couldn't help me. The worst delivery service I ever had in my life they can't do nothing right.

Absolute joke, no parcel on due day, email saying it was out for delivery on second day, tracked the driver around my area via the email, no delivery that day either. Now onto third day and told it will be delivered in fourth day, I really don’t hold out much hope!

I had missed parcel coz was a wrong number door The udeducationed supervisor changed it and ensured me I'll get it today. I asked them on that sh.it chat coz no phone!! He said sent back to the seller.. Liar unreliable poor service. Even they just left the chat and you can do anything. Use Dpd best ever. Never use again.

I am amazed this useless shower are still operational as they have been outrageously bad and incompetent for years. I discover that drivers are not given a company phone or Satnav so if lost they just buzz off and dont bother asking for assistance Any time I discover anything I have purchased is being delivered by these idiots I panic because they NEVER turn up on the day scheduled or more likely claim to be unable to locate my house, as all other drivers seem to have no problem in doing. You only find out about this when you contact them though because your stuff will just hang about in some warehouse and might eventually be returned to the seller. In future I simply will not buy from a seller who has chosen the cheap and worst option for delivery, that is YODEL. They dont deserve even one star so terrible are they !

Absolutely terrible company and shockingly bad customer service. Will never use this company myself, and will avoid retailers who use it. Courier lied, threatened, and made abusive calls, following my enquiry re: the whereabouts of my parcel.

Liars and terrible service!! Said package was delivered and signed for, guess what I don’t have my package!! God knows where it is and who STOLE it. Never got call backs after 4 days of chasing all u got is the seller has the responsibility to claim for a lost parcel!! What a joke!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They have no idea about customer service. Asked for redelivery when we would actually be in, was to no avail. Only stated would have to collect from their local office 30 plus miles away 45 min travel each way. WILL ACTIVELY REQUEST THAT THIS COURIER IS NOT USED WHEN ORDERING ONLINE AGAIN

Three aborted delivery attempts so far,excuse given each time was "Delayed due to adverse weather". What a load of rubbish! Customer services not interested,might as well talk to a machine. Why anyone uses this company fails me.

WORST COURIER EVER. Wish I could give it a zero star. The parcel was supposed to arrive on a Thursday but Yodel couldn't locate the address (not sure if it was actually the case since it was quite a central location - or they probably couldn't be bothered). Scheduled redelivery straight away at a different address on Friday, and guess what they couldn't locate it too (or couldn't be bothered to). The second (or third?) rescheduled attempt on Saturday took me ages waiting around when I could have done something on a weekend. Again tracking information COULD NOT update and after contacting the online chat team for assistance MANY TIMES they kept reassuring me it would arrive and again they have proved themselves untrustworthy and incompetent. It is now Monday 9:30 PM and the parcel I was supposed to receive last Thursday is STILL nowhere to be seen. Tracking page shows it will arrive but it is going to take longer. And it has been this case for the previous 5 hours. Can't even contact them online since they are so busy. Have zero trust in this company. FOUR FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS. For just a pair of shoes, seriously, Yodel.

Said parcel had been delivered but of course it hadn't. I rang customer service (that is a joke) to enquire about parcel. The person on the phone said she would speak to the driver and ring me back. Still waiting. They are rubbish. Don't care about customer one bit. One star is one too many.
